It’s a relaxing place to go for a day trip
Pros:

The place is nice but it needs some intervention.

Cons:

The chairs and tables are broken. The beds are old and not very comfortable. The pool looks dirty, not because of the water but because it needs painting.
The staff seemed to be learning, they refuse to accept card for the payment, and then they said they did have a POS and were looking for the password.
They wanted to take pictures of all of our documents, which seemed a little weird

I did not enjoy my stay at the cucolindo hotel, the location is good but the hotel is not.
Pros:

We like the location because it is close to the beach.

Cons:

The pictures on booking.com and google maps are not the same as what the hotel rooms actually look like, they look very clean and neat in the pictures but in real life are unclean and seem like they haven’t been used in a very long time as well as the bathrooms looking unclean.

Disappointed
Pros:

It was not as good as it looks on the booking app.
Totally disappointing

Cons:

It was not properly cleaned
The bathroom door was totally broken
The sink had no mirrors and was not as cleaned as expected
The bunk bed ladder was old and rusty
The floor and it rained last night and water came in the room.
The shower was very disappointing as well.

BAD PLACE TO STAY
Pros:

was real bad the first day, I can not sleep the ac have a lot noise, I report whit the owner and he tell me I make the reservation whit hotels.com and they can not refund the money for the next night, the second night wass a really bad storm and I call them to com to see the storm and the leak in the room the say I have to sleep in the couch o leave I believe this is no way to treat at customer I ask for the money back for tha day and the refuse I belive you has to fix this problem the room wASS DIRTY I HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEOS ABOUTH THE STAY THE HAVE DOGS AND THE DOGS WALKING FREE FRO THE PROPERTY AND DRINK WATER FROM THE POOL AREA IS REALLY BAD AND DIRTY PLACE THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTING AND THR EVEN PAY TAXES FOR THE PROPERTY

Hotel cucolindo surf Horrible place to stayed
Pros:

This is the worst hotel that I stayed, when they show the picture at the site make that hotel is so nice but when you get there is totally bad on everything rooms and beds are ugly.
Service is horrible, the persone that is in charge is rude and not polite , he doesn't help guess if I asked for anything.
I tried to negotiate because I didn't like their service and place,rooms and he force me to pay the reservation for 2 nights until I call Hotels.com help me to get back the money for one night they are professional.
Thanks Hotel.com.
But everybody don't stay at Cucolindo Lindo surf.
If you make a reservation at this place you making a wrong chose.

Overpriced
Pros:

The place was dirty and unkempt. A fat man who owns the place didn't make us feel comfortable at all. Wouldn't recommend. Iyer is severely overpriced for the condition that its in.
