Bon emplacement tout près de la gare et de l'aéroport, quartier calme, un 7-Eleven à 1mn à pied.
Bonne communication avec le propriétaire.
Check-in/Check-out facile à faire avec la tablette à l'entrée et /ou le lien donné par le propriétaire.
Petit détail pour les futurs clients, j'ai opté pour ce logement par rapport à sa situation géographique de l'aéroport, mais si vous avez des cadeaux à faire dans tout Tokyo optez plutôt pour un logement près de la Yamanote line.

Cons:

Petite remarque sur le lit côté fenêtre, il paraît légèrement penché, j'avais une sensation de ne pas être à plat.
Logement petit mais à 2 avec des valises ça passe.
Mais sinon rien à dire.

Great little room in good location. Needs to be more obvious on the booking that it’s self check in.
Pros:

Perfect location for easy access to the airport

Cons:

Didn’t realise it was self check-in which made it really difficult for Yamato luggage delivery.

The room was true to the pictures, comfortable and clean. Very close to the train station.

Cons:

Wish there had been better instructions on trash sorting and how to turn on the hot water but you can find good enough guidance online for that.

チェックイン・チェックアウトに問題はあるが、室内は快適だった
Pros:

室内の設備は写真通りだった

Cons:

1・QR コードが認識されず、何度やってもチェックインができない。この場合の連絡先の表示が無い
メールにあった電話をして、対応してもらい暗証番号を知ることができた。
到着して入室迄30分以上かかった
2・チェックアウト時、室内にゴミ処理室のカギがあった為、ゴミを捨てようとしてオートロックされた。
暗証番号のメモと荷物は室内に残っており、再入室しなければならないのに、連絡先の表示が無い
WEBで電話番号を調べ連絡したが、直接権限がないとのことで暗証番号を知るまで15分以上待たされた
オートロックに気づかなかった落ち度もあるが、ルームNO付きゴミ捨て場のカギが無ければ問題なかった

良かったです
Pros:

アパートのような宿泊施設でとても便利できれいでした。

Cons:

エアコンの暖房機能を利用しましたが、なかなか部屋が暖かくならなくて寒かったです。
ベットの引き出しにお菓子のゴミがあって気になりましたが施設自体はきれいでした。
