Pros:

We had a clean, comfortable room with a great view of the city. Staff were very welcoming and helpful! The hotel is on a ridge above the city (hence the amazing views) - the best way to get into the city center is to park near the top of the funicular and either ride or walk down, and take the funicular back up (or drive into the city, but expect to pay for a parking garage). The city center and old city of Bilbao are all very walkable.

Great place, really roomy and comfortable , highly recommended .
Pros:

Loved this place . Close to Funicular as we had a rental car . Only 6 Euro return on Funicular to town . Apartment is really roomy and very comfortable. Really big tv I mean really BIG , really nice shower . Highly recommended .

Steep stairs but warned of this.

Un gran sitio para disfrutar de Bilbao
Pros:

El alojamiento tiene muy buena ubicación pese no estar en el centro de Bilbao. Tiene parking privado, con lo que puedes estacionar sin problemas y moverte fácilmente el transporte público si lo deseas.

El apartamento que estuvimos estaba muy bien y el personal es atentísimo; nos ayudaron y facilitaron en todo.

Me encanta lo alejado y lo cerca que está a la vez del centro, unas vistas extraordinarias, a pocos minutos en coche está el fonicular que te baja al centro y viceversa, la chica de recepción y el hombre un 10, volvería, parking privado
