Its a budget accommodation. You get what you pay for.
Pros:

The location is great. It's very close to a grocery a store and the walk to the train station is not too bad.

Cons:

When we requested another room change due to a concussion that happened to my sister outside, it was very difficult to communicate with customer service and get settled into a room that is accessible to people with disabilities. We ended up paying for two rooms because of our situation. Both rooms smelled old (especially the accessible one), not the cleanest, and the trash bins were very small for a group of five. On our last night, we had to transfer back to our original room because the accessible room was no longer available. Some of the comforters got mixed up, so one of the staff members had to speak with us, but a miscommunication occurred. I didn't like that she barged in and tossed all the comforters upside down to check our room without our permission.

Je recommende fortement ses appartements hotels, qui sont un rapport qualité prix imbattable sur Tokyo 👌 très spacieux pour ma fille et moi, literie très bien, un frigo dans la chambre à disposition qui nous a bien était utile pour notre séjour de plusieurs nuits. Propreté impeccable, à disposition produit de douche, brosse à dents, rasoir, coton, coton tige, brosse à cheveux ainsi que deux serviettes de bain par personnes ☺️
Climatisé et extremement bien situé! Un 7 eleven à 4min a pied, et métro à 10min.
On sait senti comme chez nous, merci 🙏

Struttura confortevole, letti comodi, in quartiere Top
Pros:

La posizione molto comoda per metro e servizi. Asakusa miglior quartiere per soggiorno a Tokyo

Cons:

Nessun contatto umano con del personale della struttura, ma comunque super organizzato!

ロケーションは最高です。お部屋は快適でした。
Pros:

駅から近いし、浅草寺にもスカイツリーにも近かったです。隅田川の夜景も素晴らしかった！
近くにコンビニやまいばすけっとがあったので、買い物にも便利でした。

Cons:

畳が傷んでてボロボロでした。
アメニティの歯ブラシの数が間違ってて、5人宿泊なのに1セットしかなかったのですが、電話連絡ですぐ持ってきてくれたのは良かったです。
あと、ハンモックを楽しみにしてましたが、台風のせいで泥だらけだったのは仕方ないとしても、ハンモック自体が破けててぼろかったので、晴れてても使えなかったんじゃないかなと思います。

The hotel is ok, the location is good.

Cons:

The shower hook in the room was broken, so it was difficult to take a shower. There's no kettle in the room, it's in the shared kitchen. There's no spare pad which is lame in our days. C'mon you have razors for every person and no pads really?
