Amazing sea view from the balcony!

Full sea view! Quiet location. Super clean room. Excellent staff

Flott utsikt, fin beliggenhet, ok rom, men her mangler det mye for gi en god anmeldelse. Veldig små bad. Frokosten er meget enkel - ingen buffé. Brød og kaker blir sent ut og inn igjen. Eier kjefter på ansatte både tidlig og sent, og eier og ansatte sitter ute og røyker, og røyken siver opp på balkongene. Strandomrade er ikke pent, bare gammelt utstyr. Utover dagen kjennes en lukt av kloakk på stranden. Styr unna - det er andre bedre hotell i nerheten

The TV didn’t work and no effort to fix it. TV wasn’t that important, but their attitude was deplorable.

Nous avons été accueilli par un monsieur qui comprenait à peine l’anglais à part bonjour au revoir.
Petit déjeuner limite pas frais nous n’avons pas fait nos autres petits déjeuner pour dire.
La chambre vue sur mer plutôt sympas et lumineuse.
Les draps avaient quelques taches dont un avec du sang.
La plage est dans les rocher penser aux chaussures d’eau.
Transats avec matelas non entretenus, ils étaient très sales.

Nice little hotel with excellent location by the sea and access to private beach. Very steep road will be hard to navigate for people with mobility issues

Poor communication due to lack of English skills.

Petit hôtel familial, très agréable et très bien tenu avec des chambres vue mer . Petite plage en bas de l’hôtel avec parasol malheureusement avec coussins vieillots et sales . Sinon très calme. Situé à 2 km du centre . Parking gratuit . Petit déjeuner correct .

Breakfast very good. Nice location. Steep incline to lower parking but was able to navigate.

Nicht schlecht mit dem Hotel bin zufrieden sehr freundliche personal .Service und Sauberkeit war in hoher Niveau.Tolle Lage Strand und Meer war schön .Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen

Et flott koselig hotell helt nede ved sjøen. Nydelig havutsikt. Hun som driver hotellet er så vennligheten selv.. Frokosten lager hun etter ditt ønske. Privat strand med solsenger og morgenbad før frokost er en selvfølge. En kort spasertur ned til sentrum av Sarende, men det er mange restauranter i nærområdet

Thank you for all your services. The place was clean and organized , amazing views from the room and very close to stores and other amenities. Loved the experience and will come back for sure! Also I forgot my hat after leaving the property and they had saved it for me when I returned to look for it. Thank you again.

I had a lovely 2 night stay at this property. The lady that checked me in was most helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The deck and private beach at the front is amazing and the views are out of this world.

Great place to stay. Extremely welcoming hospitality like youre family. Safe, comfortable , and great views! The driveway is very steep so be prepared but all of the driveways in town are so nothing unusual. Highly recommend you stay here!!!

Great hotel with an amazing view! The staff was super nice and helpful as well.

Unbeatable location right over the sea, with private beach, and fantastic sea views. All requests addressed quickly and satisfactorily. Only issue was that the TV did not work; otherwise, everything was great.

The good
-Location central
-The view from the balcony
-A/C
-Very clean
-Beach access and chairs
-Breakfast was OK. Served in small quantities but replenish as needed. Not a fan of that
The bad:
-Open shower. The small glass separating the shower from bathroom is not enough to stop water splashing and pooling away from shower. This made our stay very inconvenient. We were hesitant of showering for fear of water leaking and creating hazardous slippery conditions. We used our towels as a barricade.
-The water temperature in the shower wasn’t consistent. It went from cold to hot by itself One day it wasn’t any hot water despite letting it run a while.
-There’s no real nightstand but just a small unstable table with 3 legs (one broken) in the corner of the bed. There was no electric plug in where the table was. We switched it to the other side but it looked awkward because right near the door.
-The room felt really tight. They must have included the balcony in the area surface of the room because the room itself definitely wasn’t over 400 sqft.
-Hotel is located at the bottom of a dangerous steep ramp. It’s difficult walking up and down even with good sneakers.
-There’s no phone in the room and no personnel in the reception all the time (although it was disclosed) and you would have to look around to find help.
-The owner/manager (Vangjel) has a harsh and abrupt attitude. Let’s just say he isn’t a people’s person and that’s not welcoming.

Koselig familiedrevet hotell rett ved havet. Privat strand som var perfekt da andre strender rundt (f.eks Ksamil) var fullpakket med folk og mindre hyggelig. Grei frokost og hjelpsomme personale. Anbefales!

Pretty nice hotel, but a bit overpriced for the quality (perhaps because it was high season). About 15 minutes walk from the main part of town and the boardwalk. They need thicker curtains, so do bring your eyemask.
