They wouldn't let me stay, but still charged me

Cons:

They would not let me stay , after my electric was off for two days at my house, because I didn't have a 200.00 deposit because I was from Knoxville. It's bull crap . Especially with the circumstances and our bad weather.

Cons:

My white washcloth the 1st night was brown stained. The TV remote didn't work. I took it to the front desk. The clerk had to call a maintenance person which took about 30 minutes all together. We were put on inside near the pool which was pretty noisy with kids but they did quiet down fairly early. I was on business and wanted a good night's rest

Room was very clean, we were worried after seeing bad reviews but took the chance and I'm glad we did. Very nice room.

Disappointing accessibility. Two star satisfaction
Pros:

Poor handicapped accessibility. Notes on reservation did not advise there was no elevator; although we did get a 1st floor room, unable to access the complementary breakfast on the 2nd floor.
The check in was the bare minimum, no receipt, no wifi info, etc
Room was not as clean as we expected, perhaps due to the age of the facility

ok for the one night but would not recommend.
Cons:

Room was infested with roaches. Everytime we would flush the toilet roaches would come crawling out. Most were little but we killed some bigger ones as well.
