Staff was very friendly especially the man that helps at breakfast. The beds were comfortable and we heard no noise after 10pm.

Cons:

Roaches. It's all over the Google reviews so the owner doesn't care to acknowledge and fix the issue which should be difficult at this point. Seems they spray because you can see some spray marks around the edges of the walls but it's not been taken seriously and the owner writes back to people's comments pretending that there is not an issue. We saw them immediately but had read the reviews so expected that we would see roaches.

The indoor section is nice. Nice little waterfall in the lobby.

Cons:

Woke up at 3 AM went to the bathroom and there was a cockroach in my shower. Did not see any anywhere else though….

Stay away unless you smoke

1st room reeked of smoke..went back down to desk and clerk gave us a second room that still smelled of smoke.
If we weren't so tired we would have asked for another room. I signed a paper that I would not smoke in the room or pay a fine. When we checked out I made sure to mention the smell so I would not be charged the fine. She made no comment, not an apology or even a response. How can this be a smoke free hotel when even the sheets smelled of smoke? When we got home I smelled smoke which was from our suitcases. Even a little fabreeze would have helped. Maybe clean the a/c vents
Totally discussed!! Don't even get me started on breakfast.wafgkes with no butter, one kind of bread, granola bars and cereal
