Desayuno fresco y bien surtido, no de lujo pero correcto.
Muy buena ubicación en una calle tranquila pero cerca de todo.

Cons:

Es difícil entender por qué alguien que hace una inversión tan grande como una casa en Zapallar, para un hotel pequeño, la deja estar así.
La habitación está bien a primera vista, pero las sábanas no son de calidad y ya están muy muy ajadas (la funda de almohada tenía pequeños agujeros), al capitoné del sillón de la habitación le faltaban botones, las toallas delgadas, las lámparas de la cabecera sueltas, los veladores con un vidrio feo. Poca preocupación por la mantención y los detalles, y para el precio debiese estar impecable. Preguntamos por el uso de la terraza, se nos dice que está cerrada porque los cojines de los asientos estaban siendo reparados o lavados. No son inversiones mayores, pero el que esas cosas fallen hace que lo demás pierda valor.
Por política del hotel, tuve que reservar la noche del viernes y el sábado, a pesar de que solamente usaría la noche del sábado. Ok, lo acepto. Al llegar solicité late checkout, a lo que se me dijo que preguntara el día siguiente; cuando lo hice, me indican que es imposible "porque sólo hay una mucama". Tuvimos que salir a las 12:30. Por favor, ya pagué una noche de más, no tomé los desayunos del sábado, y la habitación seguramente no se usaría el lunes... Un hotelero resuelve eso rápidamente y no traspasa el problema al huésped.
Cenamos en el hotel, un menú bastante variado y la comida se veía fresca y bien preparada. Pero obligan a seleccionar los platos a las 18! Ese problema se evita teniendo un menú corto. También piden indicar a qué hora cenarás; cuando dijimos a las 20, indican que no porque hay dos mesas más a esa hora (hay 5 mesas en total). Luego de un momento admitieron que fuésemos a las 20.
Nos atendió Caterina, muy amable, y obviamente no es la responsable de las deficiencias.
El hotel necesita una renovación y no logra una experiencia en que el huésped se sienta totalmente atendido, especialmente visto el precio. Se nota una falta de atención, cultura hotelera y de servicio.

Nice, quiet stay in a beach town
Pros:

Good location only about 10 minute walk down to the beach where you can get drinks / coffee / walk along the coastal path, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, spacious room, balcony area - big windows let in a lot of natural light, smart TV, tasty breakfast, removable shower head, warm rooms, safe area, wifi was good (we were working remotely one day) although nowhere in the room to set up, close to Cachagua and La Laguna for exploring by car

Breakfast was very tasty but limited (eggs were the only option for hot food), room was very hot at night (we never said this to staff so maybe it could have been turned off fully), there are only 2 spots for parking although space along the road just outside the hotel, if you're sensitive to noise the walls are on the thinner side (didn't bother us but just sharing for info)

Localização excelente, lugar tranquilo. Arquitetura e decoração maravilhosa. Cama grande e confortável, terraço, deck... tudo maravilhoso! Café da manhã bom com frutas, iogurtes, pães, maquina de café e suco natural.
Jantar delicioso. Comunicação efetiva pelo WhatsApp.

Cons:

Não tinha muita opção vegetariana quando comemos lá. Mas eu poderia ter avisado antes que com certeza planejariam porque no dia seguinte colocaram no menu.
Estacionamento pequeno, mas é tranquilo parar na rua também.
