Great location
We got stolen our valuable shopping bag 2 days ago by the bell men from our Range Rover, and we know the thieves but the hotel does not protect their customers !!!!!!!! Super bad experience, they are unreliable and dishonest
For Teacher Appreciation Week, I wanted to give one of our employees a wellness day from Conecta Education as a small token of gratitude for the incredible work teachers do every day. From the moment I called the EDITION Spa, Michael, the Spa Director, provided exceptional attention to detail. He was warm, personable, and made the entire scheduling process seamless and stress-free.
The next day, our employee personally called me to express his gratitude and shared how welcomed he felt from the moment he arrived. One detail that truly stood out to him was that Michael greeted him by name upon arrival, such a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel personal and special. He mentioned he had never received this type of experience in his lifetime.
He also could not stop talking about Keilor, the massage therapist, and how incredible the massage was. He left feeling completely rejuvenated and appreciated.
Michael, thank you for making such a hardworking and tireless teacher feel genuinely valued and cared for. Experiences like this make a lasting impact. I will absolutely continue using the EDITION for future wellness days for all of our employees throughout Greater Los Angeles area.
I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Ernest and Joti. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly professional, welcoming, and accommodating. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable during my stay. Their customer service truly stood out, and they handled everything with kindness and professionalism. Thank you both for making the experience such a positive one — you are the best!
Amazing service especially by Joti. I will definitely come back.
My husband and I staycationed here for a friend’s birthday celebration. We heard great things so we had high expectations going in.
Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by valet and shown into the guest check in area. As we were walking through the lobby, we noticed a group of teenagers playing pool and hanging out on the sofas. They were being kind of loud and obnoxious and we immediately wondered if it was spring break.
We booked the deluxe king which seemed much larger in person than pictured on the website. I loved that the toilet had a separate room and that the bathroom counter space was huge. The two closets were also very spacious. Room was bright and clean, minimalistic but comfortable.
After we got settled, we met our friends on the rooftop pool. The views were spectacular but there were no lounge chairs available so our group perched around the sitting stairs and waited for chairs to free up (we were there for 2 hours and nothing freed up). There were also kids at the pool….toddlers to be exact. We had to climb around some of them as they chose to play in walkway areas.
Food and drink service was slow and not very consistent. At one point, we needed to find a server to take drink orders. Everyone seemed happy with their drinks though. The banana old fashioned was fantastic and they even passed around a platter of skewered melons.
We had dinner at sushi samba and returned to the rooftop around 10pm. It was pretty crowded and not as big as we thought it would be. Drinks were great but again, service was non existent. I’m not sure if the hotel turns into a night club or has a club accessible but it definitely attracted a much younger crowd. Our friends booked one of the largest rooms which had a walk out terrace that could probably fit 30 people! This hotel was definitely designed for parties.
If you’re looking for an elevated experience, this isn’t it. The service and ambiance don’t reflect the $700+ stay per night. The Edition has the potential to be better but the vibes are of The W or SLS hotels.
We’ve stayed at The West Hollywood Edition 3 times now and it’s such a beautiful properly. Amazing rooftop pool and lots of natural light throughout. We most recently visited for my girlfriend’s birthday and Joti on the front desk was particularly generous in making us feel welcome. Thanks Joti & team!
We recently stayed at EDITION West Hollywood to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality was exceptional.A special thank you to Jesus at the front desk, he was phenomenal. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay feel personalized and memorable from start to finish. Omar from bell service was equally amazing, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The entire team went above and beyond to make our celebration special. If you’re looking for a place with outstanding service and genuine hospitality, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!
I had an amazing stay at the edition! Ebony at the front desk was so sweet, got me checked in early with a room upgrade. I loved sitting on my terrace watching the sun set. Shout out to Jeremy, Bailey and Noah for attentive and friendly service at the pool. Jesus and Omar were really helpful at the front desk as well. Will be back!
the SMELL is enough to lure you back- the hotel lobby has the scent of Le Labo Noir and the bathrooms all carry the lelabo products - my favorite brand. housekeeping and front desk super helpful and thorough -we had a suite that was very spacious and clean. Hotel is great location and rooftop bar was great for drinks. The only downside was quality of food was just ok (not great) and really small portions and pricey for what it was (fish tacos were literally three tiny bite size pieces of fish in small taco shell for $35- was more like a kids menu) My skinny margarita cocktail (shelf tequila) was $34 and service was super slow (breakfast I had to get up multiple times to get my own sweetener- not even crowded and service super slow ) but over all we werent there for food we loved our stay and will def come back again
Sexy hotel with amazing nightclub, restaurant, bar, pool and the staff went above and beyond in every aspect. Can’t wait to come back!
Liked the bar in the foyer but foyer not big enough for it. Breakfast area lovely but service very slow. Front of house staff lovely and very helpfull
Service was slow for breakfast and often needed to be followed up. hallways are dark and dingy and could do with a makeover. not up to standard. get the billiard table out of the lobby.
I stayed at an Edition for the first time. The hotel is beautiful. The style is modern contemporary. The common areas are spacious with comfortable seating. There is a well equipped gym.
I had a suite upgrade, which was divided into two large rooms plus an immense bathroom. There were two large closet units with ample drawer and hanging space.
The staff is well trained and very friendly.
Joti and Edwin always make the stay at edition a delightful experience with their ambience and amazing customer service. Always a 10/10
