Rooms hot/humid, people roaming the halls knocking on doors
It had a bad smell, and construction was so loud. The desk manager was super nice though!

Good and very supportive staff
No microwave and the room smelled of smoking
Location and breakfast was great and staff too
Shower door leaked water all over bathroom floor. Slip risk in room 119
The property was extremely clean and quant. It was really quiet and secluded. Jenny at the front desk was also a God send since check in. She made it all easy and seamless.
Construction is going on for a "soft" remodel. This means that the rooms have not been completely remodeled. They have taken down the room darkening curtains and put up a thin pull down shades that lets light in 24 hours a day from sunlight and the bright lights in the parking lot.
I was in room 400 first and then bathroom sink fixture was so loose that it was difficult to use. The bathtub had stains from years of dirty feet being in it. They replaced the bathtub surround but didn't do anything for the dirty feet stains.
The security lock on the door was almost falling off in my hand.
The second room that they moved me to was supposed to have a small cube refrigerator inside of the cabinet but instead they put a college dorm room next to the cabinet and let the empty hole inside of the cabinet.
The room had the same non-light blocking shade.
There are NO smart TVs and a very limited amount of cable channels. No movie channels at all.
Not possible to stream anything.
The bathrooms have been fitted with barn style doors and you can hear absolutely EVERY noise from anyone in the bathroom. including when they are on the toilet. Not fun to hear someone with intestinal issues.
The laundry room was torn apart and the washer and dryer are from 1985 if not older. No filter in the dryer and no timer to tell you how long your laundry will take.
Anyone with a room key can access the laundry room and steal your clothes.
Mandy and Jenny at the front desk were wonderful.
The other employee Lina was a nightmare.
She said that she would do something to help you but it never happened. if you call she will put you on hold and never return to the call.
Her social media seemed to be more important than the guests.
The breakfast is exactly the same as any other Hampton inn and suites and after a few days gets very old
The lady that takes care of the breakfast is wonderful.
The construction noise can be heard until late in the night.
I had to call at 10pm to ask them to stop.
Unacceptable.
Pay more and stay somewhere that has everything in working order and is not under construction.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at your property last night, April 24th. Our room (520) was spacious, clean and had every amenity we needed. The mattress was so comfortable, too! The breakfast this morning was so delicious - the oatmeal was so good by itself, although I added one of your fresh bananas to it making it even more delicious! I also had the cheese omelet and hash brown potatoes - both so delicious. It’s nice eating real food for breakfast and not processed or artificial food served at some other hotels. Your employee, Greg Evans, was working on the pool while I was eating breakfast at one of your outdoor tables. He explained to me all the renovations that were happening and why the workout center was closed and when the pool would become open for use. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about your property. All of your staff, from Greg to the kitchen cook to the cleaning staff to the remodeling crew to the front desk check-in greeter, were so friendly, helpful and kind. We look forward to staying at your property again in the future.
Clean. Comfortable.
This was a brief overnight stay and the check in process for the hotel was amazing, thanks to Front desk agent, Mandy P. I was there for the need to be closer to work meeting location and needed the convenience of the Pineville/Ft Mill area. The hotel looked like there was recent renovations and design to the lobby and had been under new management presently. This is a Hilton family brand and the price was mid-level, but there are still expectations with Hilton brands level of luxury due to the brand and new ownership and the sleep accommodations were perfect for a brief stay and will return! Appreciated the hospitality and smiles from workers and especially professional check in experience with Mandy. Thanks for a good nights rest!!
i was on da bottom floor and da

The window in my room was cracked open and would not shut
