Excellent stay
Pros:

This was a brief overnight stay and the check in process for the hotel was amazing, thanks to Front desk agent, Mandy P. I was there for the need to be closer to work meeting location and needed the convenience of the Pineville/Ft Mill area. The hotel looked like there was recent renovations and design to the lobby and had been under new management presently. This is a Hilton family brand and the price was mid-level, but there are still expectations with Hilton brands level of luxury due to the brand and new ownership and the sleep accommodations were perfect for a brief stay and will return! Appreciated the hospitality and smiles from workers and especially professional check in experience with Mandy. Thanks for a good nights rest!!

Pros:

I got the suite for added room as we were visiting our grandkids. The staff was friendly and had a peaceful quiet atmosphere.

Cons:

The light outside our window was so bright shining in the room and the curtains wouldn't reach to stay close to block the light out.

Me gustó la locación, el hotel luce bien en su parte exterior.

Cons:

No me gustaron varias cosas:

1. Mi habitación estaba cerca del lobby y era DEMASIADO ruidoso. Había personas hablando hasta altas horas de la noche. Tuvimos que escuchar todo y era difícil dormir.

2. Las cortinas tenían manchas de humedad, las lámparas también. Las sábana tenía algunas manchas verdes.

3. La persona en el Front desk no era muy diligente. Escuché a una persona preguntarle sobre algún lugar para comer cerca del hotel y ella le

My stay was overall, was pleasant. I wish it was renovated because I would rate it higher.
Pros:

I loved how clean it was! And the staff were super friendly and nice, particularly the lady who was working the kitchen area for breakfast.

Cons:

It needs to be renovated, definitely a little outdated. The room we were in needed more lighting. The toilet kept getting clogged. It needs more closet and room space. The cables need to be tightened because the cords fall out too easily.

Location to Pineview Hospital was great.

Cons:

Mold on popcorn ceilings. Carpet extremely dirty. Overall, hotel needs a facelift. Everything looks old. Lamps in bedroom were rusty. Drapes dusty.
