Nice facilities and room. Stayed here 3 times and other guests have been noisy every time well past 10 pm to midnight

Our room was nice and clean but the breakfast area and seating in that area was not very clean. I’m sure it’s hard to keep up with all the in and out traffic all hours of the day and night in that area. The staff was helpful and very nice. I would stay hear again.

My husband, our dog and I stayed here for a night. Everything about it was fantastic! The customer service was amazing! Everything was great- the rooms, pool and hot tub and the breakfast! We called ahead about the pet fee. The charge was standard anywhere you go. We just went straight to the front desk and paid it right away. Everything was seamless and wonderful.

Our shower could have been cleaner, it wasn’t horrible but had hair in it that wasn’t ours. Aside from that everything else was amazing.

The staff was very nice and facility was clean.
A special kudos to Pat who served breakfast. She had the hot food prepared just right, food supplies stocked, tables cleaned all while welcoming every customer with a smile and “good morning”! Impressive!!
We’ll be back again.

Friendly staff!

The property was well located, close to lots of options to eat and shopping as well. The best part of the stay was the service and attitude of Zac the front desk person. It was late at night he looked up my Honors number, gave me some snacks and offered to run the luggage cart to the other end of the hotel for me so that I had a shorter trip with the amount of luggage I needed to take to the room. It is always great to have someone go above and beyond after a long day of traveling.

The hotel was very clean; furnishings and overall condition of room, building and property well maintained. Complimentary breakfast was very good with many offerings. Staff throughout was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

The staff were amazing. The breakfast was good. The only issue we had was the pillows on the bed were just plain terrible.

It was very pleasant and near the people I came to visit

First room was uninhabitable. Dirt/grim on the carpet that clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Stains and rips in the sheets. The chair was full of bodily fluid stains. The front desk gal was great and offered us the “cleanest, least used room.” However, is was their only handicap accessible room. So, we may have to give it up. Second room was not as bad but still very gross. My teenage son refused to take off his shoes because the carpet was damp and gross. The bathroom had the vent fan removed at some point, which explained the very high level of humidity. So high, after a deeper inspection of the room revealed mold growing on the carpet and shower curtain.

I am likely paying for rooms at different hotels tonight.
