It was a bed to sleep in. That’s all that was decent about the place

Cons:

Glass everywhere on the property. Next to the pool, down the walkways, in the parking lot. Dirty bathrooms. Breakfast was not what was advertised. Staff was rude. Terrible stay all together

Pros:

The greeter at the desk was friendly, easy to get to, but the entrance to the driveway needs some fixing, hand rails were very handy. We felt safe with no problems. The TV and phone worked. had pretty pictures and black out curtains.

Cons:

The ad was very misleading. Frist the bathroom door needs some oil sticks to open & close, sink cabinet needs a paint job & pulling away from wall, welcoming cockroach laying on the floor smashed & dead, killed 10 bugs in the 8 days., floor needs a good cleaning, the baseboard tile looked like a first grader did the job, the marble on the floor was broken in 3 pieces and weak to step on. Pool had algae around the top, which means it's not being cleaned good. No hot coffee bar would be nice after sending 8 hrs at a hospital/taking care of 2 family members to unwind & bone tired. Plugs were under the table and bench were unhandy to get to, the beds looked like they were in a hurry to get in & out. Bed skirts were (in some areas of the bed) tucked in with the sheets very unattractive, pillows were for a child not for adults, floor had black marks and looked dirty. The mattress needs to be turned. For the price I paid, I guess I was excepting more. We just got off a 5 week trip out west and stay in a lot of motels in the same price range. They all looked nice, clean, inviting.and had hot coffee.
