I liked the cost affectiveness of the hotel. I like how tight the security of the hotel was. I generally felt safe parking in the front or the back. I think this hotel takes their ownership seriously from strict policies to conserve breakfast and their 100.00 refundable deposit which I was not charged. I used all of the facilities including the pool. I really enjoyed the pool. There was a middle section that at least went up to 5 feet so you get a little something. Their gym although useful did have some broken equipment. I mean for the price, free breakfast and parking I think you get what you pay for. It was okay in my book. If I had to book on a budget again this would be another spot.
The broken gym bike and I wanted to watch TV while working out and there was a TV but no remote. How you couldn't take breakfast up to your room and not necessarily the fact that you couldn't just the fact that I didn't know that ahead of time. Also maybe it was in the fine print but I didn't know there actually was a deposit. Lastly the tub floor was so slippery that I had to buy a non slip mat and the tub surface wasn't flat. It kind of dipped in the middle.

Room has a gym odor, likely from the AC and humidity of Austin, TX. The room is a little smaller than advertised but is standard for a hotel room. An update to the room description on size/space would be helpful.
Gym odor is slightly unpleasant but the room was otherwise clean and comfortable.

There was someone 24/7 at the front desk, many different entries to get in, but only with your room card, so no one except hotel guests were able to get in. A lot of parking options.

The surrounding area is inconvenient due to construction therefore causing heavy traffic. The breakfast hours only being 7am-10am.
