Me gustó que el hotel y la habitación estaban muy limpios, huele a cítrico, no se escuchan los ruidos de otros cuartos, las camas son muy cómodas al igual que las almohadas, hay suficientes toallas, el micro y refri funcionaban muy bien.
La alberca tiene buen tamaño y el agua estaba muy limpia.
El desayuno es continental, panes, huevo revuelto fake, cereales, pancakes, avena, jugos y café.
Me gustó que hay dispensador de hielos.
El acceso es fácil, está a lado de zona d construcción pero no complicó la entrada.
Es seguro estacionar los carros.
El ascensor huele horrible, a grasa vieja!
El desayuno dura muy poco, de 6am-9am, no puedes llevar comida a los cuartos. No tenían huevos duros.
The breakfast offering was nice and the choices were appropriate.
I was disappointed that I could not take my breakfast to my room, given I was not there on business. The hours offered for breakfast is the typical "business hours" and I was not ready to eat that early during my stay. Therefore, I was disappointed that I could not take our plates to our room. It was dine-in only.
The carpet in my room was very disgusting. As I walked around without socks and shoes, black residue was under my feet. It was black like dried charcoal was in the carpet.
The location was a plus but the road construction, just could not get around.
The pool
When I first arrived it took Isaac over 15 mins to check me in apparently it was a new system. The smell of the room was horrible. No refreshing smell. The blanket on one of our queen beds had a blood stains. I had originally requested a crib when I booked and showed that my request was approved but when I mention it to Isaac he said he couldn’t see it and after a few minutes he said he found one.
Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Pool was also clean.

The breakfast was really good and hot ,rooms were clean and bathrooms were clean too
There was really nothing everything was good there was construction going on but no big deal
