Radisson Blu Forest Manor Shanghai Hongqiao

部屋は広く、清潔で、お水も毎日補充してくださり、助かりました。

Las personas de seguridad me presionaron excesivamente para que saliera del hotel, yo solo estaba estacionado afuera del lobby tratando de abrir el mapa de Shanghai para continuar mi ruta hacia el aeropuerto, me pareció excesiva la forma en que me pidieron que no podía estacionarme ahí.

Overpriced and in the same time bar and restaurant closes at 21.30 when 23.00 is indicated as closing hours in internet… plus breakfast only from 7.00!? Nonsense especially in Shanghai… Last time in Radisson! Even in the far Europe hotels are opened at 22.00 normally.

It is very clean and very good breakfast. It is near the Hongqiao airport, very convenient for those who need to travel to another city.
It is kids friendly as well we saw many family with young kids. A beautiful swimming pool!

Our stay in Radisson Blu Forest was awesome. I give 5 out of 5 to the cleanliness and the efficiency of the staff (very well English trained), but especially Jarvis who was there every time we needed, giving us all the information and help we needed. We stayed there just before the COVID-19 outbreak and we decided to go back thanks to him. Awesome guy. He is my 弟弟 now!

It was cozy and quiet..

Was staying for 2 days at the Radisson Manor, which was a very new, fantastic hotel. I used to stay at the HongQuian Radisson, which now is closed. You feel that the hotel is completely new build last year. Everything is to standard and personal is very helpful in any way. The rooms are spacious. I got an upgrade as Platinum member and free breakfast and dinner. Everything was very fresh and a lot of personal to help you with all your needs. There was a huge variety of Chinese and Western food. The spa was well equipped and the swimming pool clean and warm. There seem to be not a lot of guest as the hotel is open only about half a year. The whole complex is luxurious. Connection to the subway is about 20 min walk or by DIDI 13 RMB. The business lounge is well equipped and if something is missing, the staff is making it happen. I dont remember all the friendly staff, but ROSA was extremly helpful, when I was not able to send an email to the printer. I was really surprised how standards changed in China in the last years. The price was very pleasant. Thank you all at the Radisson Manor and I made a decision to come soon again.

Pretender architecture and interior with poor service. Poor English speaking personnel. Dirty room.
Very average breakfast variety. Not possible to change the currency because of exchange machine failure.Indistinct check out with no necessary documents.

Good location and not far from HongQiao Railway Station and HongQiao Airport. Beautiful design. Food service are excellent. Also close to National Exhibition Center. Subway line 2 can reach there plus a short tax drive.

Had a great time with the family at the hotel during the National Day Holiday period for a Family Staycation! Service was great, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable, facilities were tip top! We didn't get to try the outdoor pool as it closed on September 15, but I'd imagine it to be even more fun should the kids be able to access the outdoor pool. Indoor pool was great though!
