Very poor scamming people for money because the place is basically under renovation and should be closed.
Pros:

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unsettling. From the moment I walked into the reception, it felt stuffy and poorly maintained. The place had the appearance of a building that had been shut down — walls were peeling, and it seemed like a construction zone with no sign of real operations.

When I asked the so-called receptionist to show me a room before checking in, I was horrified to find that the rooms were in as poor a condition as the reception. The elevator and hallways were equally rundown with bad smells.

The bar and restaurant were completely closed, and the overall atmosphere made me feel unsafe — it was eerily reminiscent of a hideout rather than a legitimate hotel. I didn’t feel secure enough to stay the night and had to leave.

When I reached out to Travelocity for a refund, I was met with nothing more than an apology. Despite my efforts, I still haven’t been able to recover my money.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s misleading, poorly maintained, and lacks even the basic standards of safety and customer service. Stay away.
