Very dissatisfied.
Pros:

Not much over the past 4 months.

Cons:

I have stayed at this Springhill Suites on company business as well as other staff members for the past 8 years. It has become one of our companies' preferred accommodations. However, over the past 4 or so months it has deteriorated due to poor management. The experiences have been, no cable TV, elevators that don't work or only one being operational, no breakfast, no coffee, rooms that do not meet the Marriot Standard in care & cleanliness. This facility has changed ownership several times over the past year and has not been a dependable place that we became accustomed to. For these reasons our company will be using other accommodations in the future.

They won't accommodate if their A/C malfunctions. Better to sleep in your car.
Pros:

The air conditioner went out in the middle of the night so the stay was terrible. Management did nothing about it when it was reported the next morning.

Management's lack of response to the problem.

Nice room, good breakfast & convenient hotel to jump onto main roads
Pros:

The room was clean and especially the bathroom. We're not a big fan of the barn door on the bathrooms, but your's was heavy and sturdy and we appreciate you at least put a quality one in your rooms! The breakfast was very good! Lots of variety of items to choose and tasted great too!

Loved our family stay here!
Pros:

Loved having a pool. Breakfast was delish. Room fit the whole family comfortably. Oh and the snacks and drinks available for purchase at the front desk were suuuper convenient!
