Have been before and am happy to return.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. They provided a more accessible room on request at a time when they were extremely busy.
Facilities were all good and we ate in the hotel both nights as the menu was fine.

Cons:

No complaints.

In general, it was very good hotel with good value for money
Pros:

Very quiet and relaxing location, still not too far from the city. The bed was big and relaxing. Excellent breakfast is provided. The staff were also very helpful.

Cons:

We stayed at the middle of the summer, rooms were not air conditioned which was unpleasant. A small fan was available which helped to cool the room but still was insufficient for a comfortable sleep. The hotel also need to be refurbished. This was evident from, for example, the poor condition of the carpet.

Bella struttura con gestione migliorabile

La struttura è bellissima, in stile casa vittoriana. Anche gli interni delle zone comuni sono affascinanti

Cons:

Non ha i servizi di un 4 stelle, la camera è spoglia e nella nostra tripla il terzo letto era un divano letto e non aveva asciugamani (poi forniti in reception)

Lovely apart from afternoon noise

Beautiful, full of charm, lovely grounds

Cons:

I didn’t like
the corporate event that was being held in the grounds on the afternoon when we arrived. Had been looking forward to the peace and quiet of Ardoe, sitting outside with a drink in your lovely grounds. Man on tannoy and loud music wasn’t what I had hoped for.
