Food in the restaurant for dinner wasn't fantastic. However breakfast was very good.

Die Empfangsdame an der Reception müsste dringend ausgewechselt werden! Kein Anstand, keine Manieren… wahrscheinlich schon zuviele Touristen gesehen?🤷♀️ So macht man sicherlich nicht ein check-in…. Sie hat ihre Standardsätze genervt runtergeleiert und dies noch in einem schottischen Akzent… als Gast wirklich extrem schwierig zu verstehen (und wir sprechen perfektes Englisch)
Breakfast war für ein 4 Sterne Haus nicht ausreichend.
The location and ambiance were excellent, and the hotel itself is a beautiful, well-furnished building. The Privilege rooms offered great value for money, with thoughtful extras such as complimentary refreshments in the fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine with four coffee pods. The leisure facilities were also very good and added to the overall experience.
Although the building is old, the sounproofing of the rooms is excellent.
Breakfast service was attentive and efficient, although the food quality was only average. The biggest disappointment was the coffee at breakfast, as only instant coffee was available rather than freshly brewed coffee. Fortunately, I was able to use the coffee machine in my room, although I’m not sure whether this is included in standard rooms or only in the Privilege rooms.
La beauté de l'hôtel , la chambre de bonne taille, la piscine. A l'extérieur, dans les villes avoisinantes, des pubs avec une ambiance.
La localisation (Aberdeen), il n'y a pas beaucoup de chose à faire. Le personnel qui ne fait aucun effort pour adapter la langue en fonction de la nationalité des clients (difficile à comprendre pour ce genre d'établissement).
The location and the ambiance were great. Jessica at the front desk was awesome and Ola the bartender was so friendly and welcoming.
No bath soaps for the shower. Assistant Manager was rude. Do not know her name but guests were obviously an inconvenience for her.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The spa facilities were also for the public which was a bit of a turn off as there were children’s swimming lessons till 7.30 which made it very noisy.
Lovely setting & rooms were nice.
Lift was out of order. I had to go & search for a staff member at reception, staff seemed disinterested. Spa area could be doing with an upgrade.
Breakfast excellent
Dining room was lacking in table decorations of any kind. It could have been a high street cafe unfortunately with 5 star prices. Not a candle or flower and a bare table without a table cloth.
