Supporting and welcoming staff. I had 2 bookings (1 room for 7-8 June, and 2 rooms for 8-9 June). Due to personal reasons I couldn’t come on 07th and reached on 08th. I was given 3 rooms at the same rates as booked earlier. Rooms are clean and hotel staff are prompt
The highlight of the stay was its restaurant’Namaste’. The best food we’ve ever tasted. Chef Kundan dues magic to serve out such delicacies without onions or garlic.
Would stay here again when visiting Vrindavan

Very Worst Experience, Avoid this hotel if you want your trip devotional and peaceful.

Only Location is good. Apart from this everything is the worst. Staff behaviour is too rude.,

Staff behaviour is too rude. We reached there at 2 O'clock and They have ask me to wait for 2 hours to prepare the room. Staff behaviour was too rude. They will give room as per their wish even their others room are vacant they will not provide you and ask extra money if you want other room even in the same category. If suggest to avoid this hotel if you want to make your trip devotional and peaceful with your family because reception manager are all time ready to fight with outside guests. Be careful of that.
