Consistent service with great access to best known location for kitesurfing in Madagascar
Pros:

It was my third stay in Varatraza, however I am always surprised by the consistency of services at this place. Food is great, selection of good drinks and beverages, bungallows are safe to keep your things in and stuff is very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Shower has no hot water for the first half of our stay - I was shocked to realize that there is hot water on last couple of days since we had to shower in cold to luke warm water all the time.

Logement magnifique au coeur de la nature et de la baie de Sakalave
Pros:

Lieu idéal pour les amoureux de la nature et du Kite.
Les bungalows sont tops et vous vivez au coeur de la nature avec les sanitaires a l'extérieur du logement.
Les repas (demi-pension) sont tops et d'un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel.
Je recommande même avec des enfants (3 et 7 pour notre part)

Très bel endroit. Assez loin de la route et a 45 min de l aeroport en 4*4. Personnel aimable.

Perfect time!
Pros:

Basic, but really beautiful venue. Surrounded by trees with the feel of an eco-lodge. There’s a kite shack on the beach, and from your hut you can see the bay and start kiting right from there. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and happy to go on all kinds of trips with you. The food is excellent. Quiet.

Cons:

For us not a problem at all, but: Wifi not always working. Adapting phone in common area. Shared bathroom

Worst accommodation in Sakalva bay!

Friendly staff

Cons:

Worst accommodation at sakalava.
No electricity in the bungalows, wifi always broke.
Toilets and showers disgusting.
Totally overpriced (also meals) for Madagascar.

Owner tried to make us pay double (credit card & cash).
Big hustle ….

If you’ve the chance to stay at another accommodation at this beautiful bay go for it.
