The stay was
Pros:

That it was very modern and updated! He aesthetic was great

Cons:

We had a roach in our room. And when I called the front desk Friday night the receptionist never answered and I had to go downstairs and he was chilling in the office. After that the phone was answered

Great pool area
Pros:

My second time staying at this location. Really nice upgrades and very comfortable beds! The rooms are spacious and clean. The gym was under construction but I still used it. The front desk is very helpful and polite. That’s a great plus!

Overall good except having to shower elsewhere
Pros:

The hotel did not have hot water for 3 days and I had to go elsewhere to take a shower. I had to pay money to use an outside facility

Bad customer service from hotel management
Pros:

Bad customer service from hotel management. The entire hotel was without water for over 6 hours while the boilers were being changed. Customers were told that it would be an hour or two without water.

Pros:

This was the most amazing food i’ve ever had it was so good great service and loved that they did amazing with their food definitely recommend!!

Ok service.
Pros:

Staff was friendly at checkin. Room was clean. However, the water in the shower was extremely cold. Always requested information about checkout and information was not provided until well after we left.

Excellent I will be going back.
Pros:

I booked a Room for my daughter’s Sweet 16 with some of her basketball teammates. Staff was amazing, Perfect Location, Very clean rooms, we loved it we will be going back
