ちょっと残念だった印象です。
Pros:

コーヒーや軽食のサービスがあった。チェックイン・アウトがスムーズ

Cons:

エアコンがとにかく臭くて、つけるのを我慢するほど変な匂いがした。フロントにはお伝えしました。
玄関扉の非常灯がとにかく眩しくて顔に緑の光が当たる為、布団で顔を隠して寝ました。また部屋が地面から高い位置にある為とにかく揺れます。

電車と道路に挟まれているため、音が多少気になる。チェックイン含め素泊まりには全くと言っていいほど問題がなく、スタッフも丁寧で助かりました。
