Port Muziris, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott, Kochi Airport

Enjoyed the stay

Airport shuttle was immediate. But you have to look for one parked in outer lane, not inner one.

Overall a pleasant stay with excellent staff. Could not find garbage bins and garbage bags in the rest room.

Amazing service, food and facilities. Highly recommended. Only observation is that the treadmills in the gym don't seem to work continuously. They conk out after a few minutes.

Overall, though - excellent experience before a long international journey. Really helped me to relax and rejuvenate before traveling.

Rooms are really big and spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

There was mosquitoes all over the place. The toilet was dirty, room service didnt provide enough towels. i asked to have a additional bed 1night they said it was 1545rs which was fine but charged 4930rs at the end. but the food service team was ex excellent.

My entire stay was perfect, the restaurant and room service was perfect. I also held my reception here and it was perfect. The staff was soooo sweet. Will definitely stay here again as my in laws don’t live too far! This hotel is perfect!!

Lots of construction work till late. Paint smells in the room was suffocating. The hotel is undergoing maintenance and renovation so customers be forewarned

The hotel and its staff are absolutely amazing. I have a severe nut allergy, so traveling to India is a bit nerve-wracking. Unfortunately, on the first morning, I had a reaction at the hotel breakfast. The staff sprang into action and got us transportation to the hospital. The F&B manager even came to the hospital to check on me. Luckily the reaction wasn't so severe, but the way the staff handled it was very impressive.

The hotel is beautiful and nicely located within walking disrance of Cochin International. Staff and service was great as well. Artwork throughout the hotel makes it unique and very Kerala-esque. Rooms were spacious. However, one drawback, which turned us off were the stained couch covers and carpet in the rooms. We were only one night, so we didn't make mention of it. Another problem was that the walls are not soundproof. We could here the mosque nearby and also some highway noise. I am sure the staff would've been accommodating had we mentioned something.
Altogether, good stay.

Amazing place, Loved the experience!

Easy access to get to the airport with the shuttle service. The service was very good. It was noisy in the corridors at night time due to other guests.

Excellent place to stay with exceptional service and friendly staff. Irin and all her staff from the front desk and the kitchen deserve special mention. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Cochin.

Thank you so much for your hospitality during our stay at Port Muziris. Although it was a short stay, you exceeded our expectations as soon as we arrived. The staff during our stay were all super friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. It was very much a pleasant surprise to have a room upgrade and it was very much appreciated. This is a beautiful and nice little hotel close to the Cochin International airport. They provide free shuttle pickup from airport. Large spread of complimentary breakfast buffet. Great outdoor patio to seat. More importantly very friendly and professional staff. Didnot find some bathroom necessities like conditioner available. Overall very convenient hotel with great Indian and continental food. Arun the manager made sure I felt at home and everything was attended to.

Food and beverage - left a lot to be desired, quality / variety was not present in Lila’s Kitchen or in-room dining. I also frequently saw the head chef, lounging around the check-in lobby, using the space like his personal living room while on the phone chatting, which was very unusual and something you would not see in a 4, let alone 5 star property. There is however a Courtyard by Marriott near walking distance, that has a delicious restaurant / buffet which I highly recommend - it is worth the walk and money. Overall, I would rate this boutique hotel an 7.5 out of 10. The food and beverage dept. needs a major overhaul - consider the courtyard property instead.
