Elevators were not working so everyone had to take the stairs, doors kept slamming all night and the constant stomping up and down the stairs. Unable to see the bottom of the pool that was indoors kept us from using it.

Pros:

I got a king suite and we had no warm water, the fridge was taken out of our room. There was doors slamming all night tell 1:30am, several very big hairs in the bed. $200 a night for this experience in Gainsville is wild. Horrible experience, i have been a Bonvoy card member for a while now and this was my worst experience

No elevator. We are in our 70's and had to carry our bags up a flight of stairs, 2 trips. Neither reading lamp attached to the beds worked. Other than that it was great

In spite of my complaint, I would stay there again

Never had hot water even after telling staff.
Plus the people above us were very rowdy and loud all night and early morning.

The location was right off the highway, and a lot of food options in the area. We loved the desk clerk. I think her name was Ginger. She made us feel at home. The hotel was clean. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was amazing!! So many options! And the delicious mini quiches were a pleasant surprise! Would definitely stay again
