Pros:

Friendly staff, nice & quiet location. Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice shower.

Cons:

Neither the hair dryer nor safe in my room worked. The front desk had a hair dryer I could use, which was helpful. The carpet was rather stained, but an employee explained they are working to replace carpets. I saw handymen there on my last day, so I imagine it is true.

A lovely small hotel, welcoming atmosphere, everything worked!
Pros:

Quiet street, single room not poky, welcoming staff, efficient, requested gluten free breakfast, helpful, modern rooms, lift worked, nothing went wrong.

I liked it all!

Pros:

Location was handy for London Olympia, staff were friendly. It had plenty of towels, and the tv worked well.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small, you could hear noises from other rooms and the lift (not noticeably loud for us).

Convenient and good located hotel.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Serves the purpose if you are looking for convenience and you need a decent place to crash at night. Yes the bedroom is small, but again, in London (especially you travel solo), space is a luxury, and for the price my room was comfortable enough

Cons:

Shower doors wouldn’t close properly (I wasnt too bothered as I still managed to get a shower), the wifi didn’t work during my stay, the first day it said they were working on it, the second day I managed to get onto the website, but it seemed impossible to find the option to just connect to your hotel wifi and not book for a Sheraton Hotel in America. In fairness, i could have asked the staff at reception, but I wasn’t going to be in my bedroom for long, so I wasn’t too fussed.
