A perfect stay
Pros:

The staff were so lovely, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room although in reality small, perfectly organised for a single person. There was everything I needed, it was comfortable, super clean and really quiet!
I honestly thought this would be a lesson for any hotel conducting business, especially in London. It made me look onto other Sheraton hotels and their affiliates in UK and Europe.

Nice room in London
Pros:

Really friendly staff, the room was pleasant and tidy. It was a good price for London. The location was good and within a 5min walk to a nearby underground stop.

Very poor experience
Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

1. Super loud noise coming from the A/C the whole night on my room every 30 min, I barely slept
2. I requested a fork or spoon so I could eat my delivery dinner, I was told is not available outside meal time. I was very tired and hungry and got zero help. Never coming back

Disappointing stay having returned after an excellent stay hete last year.

A single room space with a double bed in it. Access to the ensuite was difficult. Having paid for breakfast there was no coffee after 9 o’clock as the coffee machine was closed then, even though breakfast was still being served.
On two occasions the main exit door jammed and it took a member of staff several attempts to open it. The large exit button was not working properly. The second time, the next morning the same thing happened. In the event of a fire we would have been unable to leave the property.
