new hotel, polite reception staff, disappointing culture of hotellerie

the place is basically new, in a decent neighborhood. the reception staff is quite polite and available

the price is definitely crazy for a single room in which you basically could not open your suitcase for how small the room was. The ground floor room had a very small window and you had the feeling of being in a box (I heard they sell also windowless rooms). the upper floor room in which I stayed the last part of my trip at least had a bigger normal size window. The cleaning is very disappointing as the rooms have carpet and the cleaning ladies use their outside shoes to clean the room. I asked and the carpet is washed once a month but the rest of the time you basically have a dirty carpet. I found the stains in the bathroom and when I asked about it they just cam in and wiped a piece of paper over it to take it away. no...product, no nothing. The reception staff is extremely polite and available although when I had to make some changes in the booking I felt the staff responsible for bookings etc wasn't really helpful to begin with while the reception staff was. PS. The coffee I tried was undrinkable

Ησύχη τοποθεσία, το προσωπικο πολυ εξυπηρετικό ειδικά η κοπέλα στην υποδοχή μας διευθέτησε και ταξί για το αεροδρόμιο σε πολυ καλή τιμή. Το πρωινό σε σχέση με την τιμή ήταν αρκετά καλό. Θα μπορούσε να εμπλουτιστεί εάν το ξενοδοχείο διέτεθε μεγαλύτερο χώρο. Όλα ετοιμάζοταν εκεί από μία κοπέλα δεν υπάρχει ξεχωριστή κουζίνα. Καθαρο δωμάτιο, στώμα αναπαυτικό, μπάνιο καινούργιο και καθαρό.

Cons:

Μικρό δωματιο, ακριβό σε σχέση με το τι πρόσφερε, λερωμένο δάπεδο στην είσοδο, οι καμαριέρες δεν συμπλήρωναν τα απαραίτητα (shower gel, body lotion, conditioner) έπρεπε να ενημερώσουμε. Έλλείψη ερμαριού και μινι μπαρ στο δωμάτιο.

Pros:

Good location nice area and out of the way no not noisy. Close to underground station as well.

Cons:

The fire alarms were so sensitive and went off at the spray of deoderant. The room was also on the small side.

Quiet, convenient location in heart of London
Pros:

Location was very convenient to the Olympia conference centre... street was quiet... easy access to public transport.

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected, shower was not functioning correctly and could not be fixed - although they did offer a room change, but too much hassle for us to move.

The room was small but OK, and the room cleaninstaff needs to be more diligent and complete the job.

Location good for the Olympia conference center.

Cons:

Despite multiple calls and visits to the desk, the room was not stocked with sufficient toilet paper, nor shampoo or body wash. When the staff did top up, they forgot to supply the toilet paper. They did top up the body wash in the shower, but not at the sink. Thus we ran out of all these things.
