Schönes Hotel , Hotelbar lieber nicht.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, sehr gut Lage

Cons:

Parkgebühren extrem hoch, 45Euro pro Nacht!!!
Hotelbar, man wird eingeräuchert von der offenen Küche obwohl man nur etwas trinken will, wir haben deshalb die Bar gewechselt!

Abstieg zum NO GO Hotel! Schade, denn die Lage ist gut. Die Gastfreundschaft und Geldgier aber ÜBEL!

Cons:

Geldgieriges Hotel und schlechtes Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist ein NO GO Hotel geworden!
1. Leerer Kühlschrank im Deluxe Zimmer.
2. Schlecht geschultes Personal mit Pseudo Freundlichkeit.
3. Musste wegen Krankheit einen Tag vorzeitig abreisen, keine kulante Regelung sondern musste Zimmer ungenutzt 90% der Kosten bezahlen.
Damit offenbart das Steigenberger keine wirkliche Gastfreundschaft und auch kein Interesse an einer langfristiger Bindung der Gäste und disqualifiziert sich und die Marke als NO GO Hotels.

die Stadt Hamburg ist immer eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel ist toll, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuss absolviert werden.

Cons:

Das Restaurant und die Bar bieten leider nicht mehr die gleiche Qualität wie vor dem Umgang, bzw. wenn man ab 21:00 noch eine Kleinigkeit essen möchte hat man Pech. Ein Heissgetränk konnte den Hunger dann ein wenig stillen. Man befindet sich aber in guter Gesellschaft, auch im Umkreis des Hotels ist bereits alles dicht. Anscheinend in Hamburg so.
