Hotel der gehobenen Klasse, sowie wie man es erwartet.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt, die Speicherstadt ist auch noch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Parkhaus ist zwar öffentlich, es ist dennoch direkt vom Hotel aus zugänglich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und angemessen. Alles in allem freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Sofa im Zimmer war mit unschönen Flecken verschmutzt. Das kann man den Gästen anbieten, muss man aber nicht. Zuweilen ließ auch die Sauberkeit im Bad zu wünschen übrig. Abgesehen davon, war der Zimmerservice sehr gut.

Pros:

Very comfy quiet rooms, good bedding, nice staff, amazing breakfast. Great location.

Cons:

The restaurant for lunch is not great. Very limited menu, very slow service. That restaurant doesnt align with the rest. Also room service menu very limited.

Fremragende hotel tæt på centrum
Pros:

Super hotel led fantastisk gode senge. Skønt værelse. Hyggelig restaurant og bar.
Imødekommende og flink personale.
Meget hjælpsomme når vi havde brug for hjælp. Lækkert udvalg af morgenmad.

Alt var i skønneste orden så intet herfra

Pros:

Das Steigenberger ist sehr Zentral gelegen und hat mit den Straßenbahnen und der U-Bahn hat es eine sehr gute Anbindung zur Speicher-Stadt und zu den Landungsbrücken

Cons:

Leider ist die Matratze zu weich für meinen Rücken.

Pros:

Super Lage, schöne Zimmer und leckres Frühstück.

Cons:

Es gab keine Minibar im Zimmer, lediglich Wasser und Kaffee. Das ist nicht dramatisch, aber wäre nett gewesen.

Wir hatten uns am Anfang gegen die tägliche Zimmerreinigung entschieden,wollten aber ungefähr in der Mitte unseres Aufenthaltes gerne eine Zimmerreinigung haben,Wir haben das an zwei verschiedene Mitarbeiter weitergeben,jedoch an keinem der letzten 3 Tage wurde eine Zimmerreinigung oder ein auffüllen der Hygieneartikel vorgenommen.
