Pros:

Location is perfect and walking distance to downtown.

Cons:

Nothing. I like everything. We did not eat breakfast since we like to experience other local foods.

Perfect and not too far from downtown to walk!
Pros:

I really loved the older hillside location of room it was very mid century mod and the exterior illumination at night was on point! Breakfast bar, while not hot had plentiful options they didn’t require refrigeration, ie fruit, power bars etc which was perfect for me as I was hiking Cadillac mt!

Great, basic place to stay in Bar Harbor. Friendly staff, clean, close to downtown.
Pros:

Appreciated the snacks, water and juices offered on arrival. Staff was friendly, premises were clean, hotel is convenient to downtown. Easy check in, convenient parking outside the room, spacious bathroom.

This hotel is centrally located, 8 min walk from downtown & 6 to Acadia.
Pros:

The breakfast was a quick danish/cereal type of breakfast with hot coffee/tea and fruit. Nothing to eat that was hot. There were plenty of fruit bars that could be taken on hikes which was just as good as breakfast. This was a plus especially since we did not bring any trail mixes. The bars were a healthy brand not full of chemicals.The room was very clean and you can tell it was sanitized.

Cons:

We were on the first floor near the lobby and we had a nice amount of spiders in our room. There wasn't really anything else negative about the motel. It did make for a nice first time experience in Bar Harbor.

Good except one issue.
Pros:

Basic hotel experience in a old style hotel. Very clean and good updated rooms.basic breakfast was available to grab a snack and coffee. Close to walk to all of village.

Cons:

Unsavory characters hanging out by I've machine at end of building and had my daughter feeling very uncomfortable since they were asking her to come to their room and if she was with someone. She quickly returned.

Great stay!
Pros:

It was a nice, quiet, clean and comfy motel. I would have enjoyed a pool but that's a personal choice. The motel itself is very well staffed. We were waited on by Jerome at the front desk who extremely helpful and very pleasant. It is in a good location relative to the downtown seaside area (it's just a quick walk). They had good breakfast options and snacks, water and soda available all day in the front desk area. Overall worth the cost and I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

No pool but I new that when I booked. Not taking any rating points away for that.
