Pros:

The price was good checkin was easy the staff very friendly and the breakfast is hot and I was able to get a noon check out

Cons:

My room was cold even with the weather this bad out the heat didn't work which they probably shouldn't have booked that room until the heat was fixed. But they did give me a extra blanket. The shower had hair all over it I didn't complain just cleaned it myself being that I had brought my own cleaner to wipe things down myself. Then the TV wouldn't stop skipping like I was watching a bad dvd but it was cable TV so I pretty much turned in early cause I wasn't gonna keep complaining. Hopefully my next visit will be better cause the last time I visited there was issues with the jets in the jacuzzi which was the whole reason for going so it was a waste but that time they refunded $30of our money once they checked it to make sure it really wasn't working

Pros:

Clean rooms, location was convenient for our needs.

Cons:

Heater in our room was extremely noisy, and if we left the heater on in the room it got extremely hot. If we turned the heater off it still cycled on but blew cool air.

for the valve you i guess it was ok. someplace to lay your head at night and relax.
Pros:

it was quite. the room was ok and it was easy access from our car to the room.

Cons:

The breakfast was not as advertised. We had to call maintenance as soon as we checked into our room. the jetted tub didn't hold water, the phone didn't work and the bathroom faucet had no water pressure at all. The a/c and heat was not working properly either. the a/c was either on, or the heat was on. there was no in between.

Black mold on the ceiling

Mold on the ceiling I have photos of it and it cost me $155 still to sleep in a moldy room and not just any mold but black mold from a leak
