Pros:

Posizione ottima per accedere alla spiaggia e vicinissima all'autodromo Marco Simoncelli.
Appartamento pulito, molto accessoriato, bagno spazioso con box doccia XXL.
Grande terrazzo living con tavoli, sedie e sdrai.

Bruno e Denis due fratelli veramente carini e socievoli…consiglio vivamente di trascorrere una vacanza da loro

Posizione ottima,sia per le passeggiate serali che per andare in spiaggia.

Cons:

Appartamenti accessoriati e confortevoli…infissi insonorizzati quindi nessun rumore sgradevole da fuori.

Carino per alcuni aspetti, ma per niente confortevole
Pros:

Cucina super attrezzata e nuova. Bell'arredamento. Camera abbastanza spaziosa e bagno anche, bella doccia. Ottima posizione. Proprietari gentili e disponibili, hanno esaudito subito una nostra richiesta in modo cordiale.

Cons:

L'appartamento che avevamo al piano terra non era confortevole per noi. Non mi è piaciuta la soluzione per guadagnare spazio della cucina e sala che sono state ricavate in due corridoi a L attorno alla camera, perché risultavano stretti (la bambina non aveva spazio per giocare e noi per camminare, anche il piccolo divano non l'abbiamo usato e non abbiamo mai guardato la TV, troppo vicina ad esso) e poi non c'erano le finestre, mi sembrava di soffocare, c'erano, solo vetrate in alto di cui una si poteva aprire schiacciando un tasto, però batteva il sole e scaldava molto. Invece in camera c'era portafinestra che da ad un misero balcone incastonato tra mura di altri palazzi, quindi non usufruibile perché non gradevole. Inoltre, li attaccato c'era la cucina di un ristorante e nella sala si sentivano odori, urla e rumori di piatti fino alle 23. Infine, il materasso era molto scomodo.

Cons:

Empty, not welcoming: missing paper towels, salt, at least a couple of tee bags, electric kettle, dishwasher capsules … Safe was not working and no towels change during 2 nights stay

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the area
Pros:

We arrived late due to train delays, kept them informed. They were welcoming and patient. After a long day of travelling the room was a pleasant experience and relaxing. The location is ideal for access to beach, local restaurants and food shops.
Everything we needed in walking distance!
Would stay again if we were returned to area!
