Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist toll. Besonders die Stadtlinie direkt vor dem Hotel ist klasse. Wir nutzten auch das Schwimmbad, was leider nur vormittags geöffnet ist. Das Frühstück war gut. Allerdings war das Personal am 2.10. / 3.10. ( totale Überbelegung und deshalb im Frühstücksbereich kein Platz) überfordert. Die anderen Tage war es zum Glück alles entspannter.
Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer tollen Stadt.

Pros:

Im Zimmer (Suite) war es angenehm ruhig & gross. Es konnte gut verdunkelt werden, bequemes Bett.
Der Check-In war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel war sicher einmal ein sehr gutes Haus, vor 20 Jahren. Heute ist es sehr abgenutzt, und organisatorisch am Anschlag. Die Suite (Zimmer 360) war sehr abgewohnt. Lichtschalter teils ohne Funktion, Möbel zerkratzt und Oberflächen abgenutzt. Eins Schranktür liess sich gar nicht öffnen. Der WC Deckel war von unten gelb eingefärbt, im WC schwarze Ablagerungen. Ein bezahlter Aussenparkplatz war am Abend nicht mehr verfügbar - nach Auskunft der Rezeption konnte ich dann in die Tiefgarage. Es hat auch keine Schranke am Aussenparkplatz, so dass ich die Bezahlung nicht nachvollziehen konnte. Theoretisch könnte jeder parken. Das Frühstück war qualitativ wenig ansprechend. Zudem waren geschätzt 150 Gäste im Frühstücksraum bei gerade einmal 2 Kaffeemaschinen, wovon eine eben gerade noch ausgefallen war. Ich stelle mich nicht 10 Minuten nach Kaffee an, oder? Alles in allem viel Schatten, wenig Licht. Es wird als mehr angepriesen als da ist. Nur eine Komplettrenovierung und Neuausrichtung kann hier noch helfen.

Viel zu teuer für die gebotenen Leistungen
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Duschen musste man in der Badewanne. Die Matratze war Hart und die Kissen zu weich. Die Vorhänge waren vergilbt. Die Fenster sind ebenfalls nicht auf Stand. Das Frühstück hatte eine wirklich schlechte Qualität. Billigste Kaffeebohnen die verbrannt schmecken. Rührei aus dem Beutel und die Brötchen waren hart.

Veraltet, schon viele Jahre nichts mehr erneuert
Personal an der Bar undienlich und unfreundlich, sehr genervt
Möbel im Zimmer veraltet und sehr abgenutzt
Es gab keinen bademantel und Finken um ins Hallenbad vom Zimmer aus zu gehen musste sich im Hallenbad umziehen, sehr umständlich

Sehr schöner Spa Bereich. Leider zur Zeit der direkte Zugang mit Aufzug gesperrt.
