Hello,

I stayed in the room on June 16–17, but the condition of the room was significantly below the standard advertised on Booking.com.

The room was very dirty, the walls were damaged and worn, the laminate flooring was swollen and damaged, and the bed linen appeared dirty.

In addition, breakfast was listed as included, but no breakfast was actually provided.

I have photos documenting these issues.

Due to the poor condition of the room and the missing advertised amenities, I would like to request appropriate compensation and a partial refund.

I would never stay here or recommend anyone stay here for any reason.
Pros:

NOTHING. One of the worst hotel experiences ever.

Cons:

The room was filthy. There was a peep hole going to the outside of the room that others would be able to use to look in. The sheets had cigarette burns (non-smoking room) and looked to be dirty. Stuff was falling apart. The room was DISGUSTING. There was dirt caked on the walls and throughout the room, holes in walls/doors, mismatched paint from very poor repair work, the smoke detector was removed, the door look latch would not lock, etc. I wish I could share a video on this review because that is what was taken as evidence of how bad it was. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Terrible hotel standards
Pros:

I don't know because I had to cancel. I was burying two uncles. The hotel was to far away. Within 30 minutes I canceled with Booking and the hotel. I was told there was no charge from the hotel. The next day I was charged for a whole day for a place I never even stepped foot in. Booking even said free cancelation. The hotel still charged me.

Cons:

The double standard. When I talked to the hotel host he assured me there was no charge. The next day I was charged. He pretty much lied to me. I believe this is one of the reasons the hotel has such a low score.

Absolutely dreadful hotel experience
Pros:

This Location was absolutely the worst hotel stay that I can remember to date, and I am 50 years old. The rooms were in all kinds of disrepair and the furniture, and carpets were absolutely disgusting to the point that I never walked around in even my socks or sat in the in room lounge chair, or even the computer chair for that fact. The dresser drawers were broken and bathroom light fixture was filthy, and the shower was an old converted spa tube that didn’t work and had mold around the jets , and had mold all in the grouting . The light switch had what seemed to be dried blood on it and the room had holes in the wall and the paint was absolutely horrible. This room I’m speaking of was the second room that I was moved to after I complained about the first one. The front desk did not allow me to use my trip advisor code for discount. This was just an all around bad experience something that I have never had at a Wyndham hotel or resort.
