It was the location that you needed it to be

This Location was absolutely the worst hotel stay that I can remember to date, and I am 50 years old. The rooms were in all kinds of disrepair and the furniture, and carpets were absolutely disgusting to the point that I never walked around in even my socks or sat in the in room lounge chair, or even the computer chair for that fact. The dresser drawers were broken and bathroom light fixture was filthy, and the shower was an old converted spa tube that didn’t work and had mold around the jets , and had mold all in the grouting . The light switch had what seemed to be dried blood on it and the room had holes in the wall and the paint was absolutely horrible. This room I’m speaking of was the second room that I was moved to after I complained about the first one. The front desk did not allow me to use my trip advisor code for discount. This was just an all around bad experience something that I have never had at a Wyndham hotel or resort.

Worst experience. We called before showing up. They insisted we give them our CC number over the phone when we were going to be there within minutes. When we showed up they pretended the system was down. The women who works the back should stay in the back absolutely no customer service etiquette. Will never return. And I advise you don’t either.

All this for $200 a night. Rooms were filthy and ran down with really old furniture, curtains were really old, disgustingly filthy and tears in them. Shower curtain had a foot of mildew across it, bedding was filthy, we had to throw it on the floor, walls filthy and had some dried boogers on the wall, also had a huge plaster patch on wall that was never sanded down or repainted, just a huge white patch in the sleeping area, the desk in our room was broken and the leg was broken away from it, many more disgusting thing I can talk about, but I’m posting pics below so you can see for yourself. I can imagine an old drug house looking like this. We asked for a different room and the first one was just as bad. SEE PICS I ATTACHED!

Made over motel not Days Inn quality. We are elders and carrying an even small suitcase up outdoor steps was unexpected. Breakfast was not offered here. These 2 realities without prior knowledge created a negative reaction. This property, even if clean, does not feel like it is. This motel was not truthful of its condition. The 3rd party also did not give information of the reality.

Very old and need to be updated. Bad smell.

Manager, very professional and accommodating the area a little rough, but the service makes up for it. I definitely will stay there again.

Nice clean. Helpful workers .. enjoyed our stay. The only problem is pool hasn't been opened for some time would appreciate if they can get pool open asap .
