Disappointed
Pros:

We changed hotels and paid more because this hotel was supposed to have breakfast and we needed to leave early and didn’t know the area. It advertised breakfast included outside the hotel when we arrived… but no breakfast..we were told there was “nothing they could do” and “anyways it was free”

No breakfast. apparently they were updating - no alternative was offered. Staff did their job, period; no welcoming smile or behaviour, they were simply :"doing their job". Double room, 1 sink - hot water, no really; coffee machine.. laughable, "dry" creamer was in clumps, had obviously seen better days. All in all the experience was even less than "you get what you pay for"! The claim that the distance from our ultimate destination was 2.5 mile would only have applied if you happened to have been a crow, and that would have been a stretch...

Great location and affordable!
Pros:

I’ve stayed here many times in the past and I really like this hotel. The location is great, prices are usually great. I enjoyed the continental breakfast. The hotel did not offer continental breakfast in the past but recently sold. This was a nice unexpected surprise. There were quite a few breakfast options. I usually don’t leave continental breakfasts feeling satisfied but this one was good each morning I utilized it. I look forward to returning after the remodel.

Cons:

The room was in poor functional condition. Not a huge deal considering they’re about to undergo a full remodel. The sink faucet was loose so I had to hold the base of it while I pulled the handle up to turn on the water. This also made it difficult to change the water temperature. The shower faucet handle was backwards, hot was cold and cold was hot. Not a huge deal once you figure that out. The pool was closed for remodel which I’m sure is going to be exceptional once completed.

Cons:

night party with a girls at next room, musics and very high volume sounds, 3 AM and impossible to connect with a hotel front desk, they sleeping very well! This is not possible for network hotel, very bad service!
