Good value
When I checked in, the staff was very nice. And I appreciated that.
The place was dilapidated. And dirty and was not represented well at all. They claimed one thing in the advertisement and it was completely different. Overpriced old falling apart. Holes and walls mold in the bathroom old vents that have cloth wiring in them that are falling off the bathroom wall walls toilets that are missing parts. It was disgusting. Honestly I didn’t even wanna walk on the floors, barefoot.
The outside is dirty, trash all about walls, dirty it’s I’ll never say that again. I understand that they’re redoing some of it, but the least they could do is have it clean pick up the trash, fix the holes in the wall and get rid of the mold in the bathrooms, that’s disgusting sorry and not charge as much as they charge for a hotel in this condition. I’m very disappointed and do not feel that I should’ve paid the price that I paid. I got two rooms and ““ Supposed better rooms than the other rooms. I can’t imagine what the other rooms were.
There was nothing I liked about this property.
The hot tub was closed down, the staff wouldn’t tell us how much they were charging our card at check in. She said the manager was out smoking and doesn’t like to be bothered so we waited for his smoke break to be over before we could check in. The rooms are nasty and dirty, everyone smokes outside the rooms. Lots of sketchy people around.

I am a front desk worker at a timeshare hotel in Las Vegas. I’ve stayed in many hotels along the coast of California and this has to be the worst. I arrived around 12 and they didn’t have any rooms available. I told them no worries and I came back at 2:00 to see if they had anything ready. Now I know check in is at 4 so it wasn’t a big deal if they didn’t have anything ready. However in between the hours of 12-2pm I called 3 times to the front desk and got no answer. Also, every time I went up to the front desk the worker was outside smoking and I had to wait until she was done to get helped. There was nothing available for the room I had paid for so I upgraded to a 1bedroom suite for $20 which I was completely okay with since I had plans later in the day and wanted a room as soon as possible. I arrive to the room and housekeeping had a cart in front and had to ask someone to remove it cause I don’t believe that was very professional. I inspected the room a little bit. Front door is extremely hard to open. The couch had white stains. The sheets on the bed had gunk in between the seems. I took a shower the next morning and water never got warm just lukewarm (I waited 20min). I also had to hold down the handle for 15seconds in order to make the toilet flush. I was only here for 1 night but I found that extremely difficult to have a good stay. In all, poor customer service, disgusting bed, and bad amenities.
Convenient and clean
I did not like having to ask to have the room cleaned and towels restocked.
Great location and decent overall cost / value
Amenities, noise, tv didn’t work. Excessive construction above us. No mini fridge in the room. A bit of a smell.
This location was convenient to where we needed to go in town. It was also an area that was walkable to restaurants & shops. This was a dog friendly property so we were able to bring our dog with us. All of the rooms have doors directly to the outside. We asked to be on the ground floor which the staff was able to accommodate. They have an included Continental breakfast & on-site free parking. The room was clean. The bath/shower were hot.
The room we were in was very noisy. There was a water spigot right outside our door that the cleaning crew uses so we had A LOT of noise with them talking wheeling buckets outside our door, etc. There was a mini fridge, but no microwave. The sink & bathtub had no stopper to hold water. Beds weren't very comfortable.
