The Limousine Bus to Haneda Airport takes about 40 minutes.
From Shin-Yokohama Shinkansen Station via bullet train, it takes about 10 minutes to Shinagawa Station in Tokyo, 75 minutes to Nagoya, 110 minutes to Kyoto and 120 minutes to Osaka.

予定があるところに近かった
駐車場が安く24時間使用できた
良いスタッフもいた
一階に24時間のコンビニもありいざというときに外にいかず買い物ができる

Cons:

シャンプーの縁に石鹸カスがあったり洗面所の縁にカビ？があったりは気になってしまった
良いスタッフもいたが、夜の受付でぶっきらぼうだったり、忙しい曜日だからか食事カードを投げておいてたり煩雑な扱いな人ががいたのは気になる

Pros:

用がある横浜アリーナすぐだったため便利。
館内にセブンイレブンがあり、また駅周辺の飲食店も近くて便利でした。
加湿器やアイロンなど、電話でお願いしたらすぐに部屋まで持ってきてくれて助かりました。
お風呂も広いです。

Cons:

しょうがないのだろうが、湿度が低すぎる。
連泊が多いのか洗濯機が混んでいました、また目に見える排水のところが汚くて残念でした。
