The Limousine Bus to Haneda Airport takes about 40 minutes.
From Shin-Yokohama Shinkansen Station via bullet train, it takes about 10 minutes to Shinagawa Station in Tokyo, 75 minutes to Nagoya, 110 minutes to Kyoto and 120 minutes to Osaka.
The hotel has a Green Program. Guests staying 2 nights or more can choose not to have their room cleaned, and will receive a discount in return.

Pros:

部屋が広かった。浴槽が大きくて快適だった（トイレが別ならなお良し）。朝食バイキングがシェフの作りたてが食べられるなどとても良かった。ホテルの料金が施設がとても立派なのにそこまで高くなくリーズナブルに感じた。エレベーターが早いので高層階でもストレスを感じなかった。

Cons:

アメニティ関連　他のホテルでは使い捨ての浴用タオル、化粧水などが欲しい人は自由に持っていけるようになってました。連泊の際、部屋の入室や掃除は不要だがタオルだけは新しいものが用意されるようなサービスが欲しかった。

禁煙室が取れなければ次回から宿泊することは無いと思います。
Cons:

禁煙室が取れず喫煙室で有るのは承知ですが、今までこんなに臭かったホテルは在りません。服まで臭いが移りそうでした。葬儀の為の緊急宿泊でした。
