The Limousine Bus to Haneda Airport takes about 40 minutes.
From Shin-Yokohama Shinkansen Station via bullet train, it takes about 10 minutes to Shinagawa Station in Tokyo, 75 minutes to Nagoya, 110 minutes to Kyoto and 120 minutes to Osaka.
The hotel has a Green Program. Guests staying 2 nights or more can choose not to have their room cleaned, and will receive a discount in return.

Nice hotel, location, just a little dated.
Pros:

The location was exceptional! Right close to Shin Yokohama Station that's has all the shopping and food you need. We were on the 30th floor, the view was amazing. The hotel is connected to the Prince Pepe complex with shopping, food, grocery store and a 711 right on the main floor beside the hotel elevators. The 711 also handles luggage transfers which was very helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were a little smaller than I usually book and a little dated. The cleaning can also be a little better. Like lots of fingerprints on the windows and high dusting can be improved as well.

横浜の街を一望できるロケーションは最高でした！
駅近で便利！

Cons:

エアコンの温度設定が一定というか風量しか選択出来ないのは、特にこれからの時期はつらいと思った。

二度と行かないホテル

新横浜駅が近く立地は良かったです。

Cons:

部屋に入ると電気が少なく部屋が暗めだった。
それはいいんですがただでさえ暗めの部屋なのに、ベッドサイドの大きめなライトがつかない。フロントに電話したら10分後くらいに部屋まで見に来てくれました。
紙袋を持ったフロントの女性が…
無言で電球を交換して、「電球切れですね」
と言い電球を取り替えて去っていきました。

色々ありえないと思いました。

プリンスホテルということで楽しみにしていたが、老舗なので仕方ないかと思うが、最近のビジホやシティーホテルの方が満足度は高いかも
Pros:

朝食はおいしかったが、アイスクリームがなくて残念

Cons:

冷蔵庫が小さいというか、あまり入らない。ペットボトルを縦にしていれられない
空気清浄機がほしい。
喫煙者と一緒だったので、喫煙ルームだったが、空気清浄機がほしかった
