The Limousine Bus to Haneda Airport takes about 40 minutes.
From Shin-Yokohama Shinkansen Station via bullet train, it takes about 10 minutes to Shinagawa Station in Tokyo, 75 minutes to Nagoya, 110 minutes to Kyoto and 120 minutes to Osaka.

Easy to get to from Haneda Airport - great breakfast
Pros:

There is a direct bus to this hotel from Haneda Airport. The hotel is the last stop on the bus route, just after Shin- Yokohama station.

Rooms were fine - not large, but big enough to open a suitcase, and had a sofa by the window. Great views of Yokohama from the hotel bar on the top floor. Breakfast was on a low floor - not busy when we stayed. A good variety of food for vegetarians, pescatarians as well as meat eaters. Lots of fresh fruit - one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had.

A few minutes walk next morning to Shin-Yokohama. I think this will be our hotel of choice for our first night in Japan in the future.

最高です！
Pros:

天気は良くなかったですが、高層階だったので眺望は良かったです。あと、エレベーターの待ち時間も短くストレスなく利用できました。朝食も目の前でポークステーキを焼いてくれたり、他にも焼売や水餃子など種類も多くとても満足できました。駅からも近くコンビニも１階にあるので便利ですし、今度は天気のいい日に泊まりに来たいです。
