Pros:

Great location in Gatlinburg, close walk to the convention center. Good, clean room. Good A/C. Great value for the money. Good parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Gute, zentrale Unterkunft in Gatlinburg - trotzdem relativ ruhig gelegen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist prima. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Aufzüge schnell und bequem erreichbar. Das Personal (Check-in) ist freundlich und nett.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist leider nicht ganz so gut. Es ist zwar alles dar, wird aber leider recht lieblos präsentiert und der junge Kellner verbringt leider Zeit damit auf sein Mobilgerät zu schauen, statt sich um die Gäste bzw. die Nachfüllung der Speisen zu kümmern.

Overall the stay was good but we would not have given it a five star rating.
Pros:

Mainly the location to everything we wanted to see and do. The privacy and balcony of the room.

Cons:

The fact that room service did not come back after the do not disturb sign was taken off our door later in the morning. We had to get fresh towels at the desk. Usually room service circles back around and checks back to see if the guests have left and does the room later. In the last couple of days of our stay we noticed a sewage smell when we came back to the room and opened the outside door to the terrace to air out the room.

Great stay.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff.

Cons:

Coffee maker in the bathroom and no hair dryer. These were minor things to us.
