Have stayed here before with no issues. Just a bad room apparently.
Pros:

Breakfast very good, location excellent.

Cons:

Stink bugs were constant problem in our room. Counted 6 when we checked in. Moved those out but continued to see them throughout our stay.

Excellent stay with “Bear”tastic entertainment
Pros:

The room was cozy! What made the stay so great was watching a bear on the property and enter the hotel. The staff and handled everything really well.

Cons:

The pillows were a little thick for me.

Housekeeping kept the room clean and well stocked.

Cons:

I booked a King Suite w balcony with view of the strip through booking.com. upon arrival at the hotel, I was advised they could not honor my booking and downgraded me to a double queen on the ground level on the back side of the building.

Perfect location for us. It was clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. We told the gentleman at the front desk when checking out. He said they had one ordered. Nothing that would keep us from staying there again.

We will consider a repeat stay.
Pros:

location and proximity to our favorite places downtown. Room was well stocked with essentials and clean.

Cons:

Very noisy guests next door first night until 3 am. Guests may have been a part of the slammedenuff event that created a lot of complaints. We did see a few stink bugs in the room.
