We got there and because we wasn’t 21 or older which never specified they made us leave after paying and I wasn’t refunded I am an adult but the listing never said I had be 21 the desk person was very rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pros:

Location was perfect right in the heart of Gatlinburg. Our room was very spacious with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub also a balcony connecting to both rooms the living room and bedroom. Overall satisfied with the room.

Cons:

Our original room the fireplace was not operating we couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi back there and no balcony connected. Also the handicap shower wasn't what we needed. Needless to say we were moved to an upgraded room which was very nice.

Housekeeping kept the room clean and well stocked.

Cons:

I booked a King Suite w balcony with view of the strip through booking.com. upon arrival at the hotel, I was advised they could not honor my booking and downgraded me to a double queen on the ground level on the back side of the building.

Have stayed here before with no issues. Just a bad room apparently.
Pros:

Breakfast very good, location excellent.

Cons:

Stink bugs were constant problem in our room. Counted 6 when we checked in. Moved those out but continued to see them throughout our stay.

Pros:

The room was cozy! What made the stay so great was watching a bear on the property and enter the hotel. The staff and handled everything really well.
