Great stay with the family

Location was great. Room was comfortable. Easy to walk around town. Breakfast was also a nice added feature. Kids loved the pool.

Find Somewhere Else!
Pros:

The hotel had a great location right on the main strip in Gatlinburg. The elderly gentleman who serves breakfast was the nicest man in the whole facility.

Cons:

When we arrived, we went to the room and turned the TV on. It worked, but had no volume. We also had no internet. A gentleman came to the room to fix the TV but never got the internet to work, although they charged us a $25 fee for internet that we never even used. Our door would not latch unless we pushed HARD to make it do so. Our window had no curtains, just blinds, and the window faced the hallway that was always illuminated with a light. The light shown through the windows at night making it difficult to sleep. We were given a handicap bathroom so the shower water drained to a drain in the center of the floor. Because there was only a pedestal sink, there was no where to put our toiletries without them getting wet. The people working the front desk were not friendly, nor helpful. The outdoor pool was covered in a material similar to a greenhouse - it was missing ceiling tiles and the bathrooms in there were covered with leaves and pollen, it was DISGUSTING! No lights in there too so you couldn't swim after dusk (well, you could, but you couldn't see your children swimming).

Lovely place to stay.
Pros:

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Love the location as well right on the bus stops. Breakfast was also wonderful.

Cons:

The hotel could have a few fans for people who get to hot.
