Cleanliness
7.2
Mixed but generally positive: many guests praise 'habitaciones limpias' and 'cuarto limpio', though some report dirty bed sheets, carpet stains, dead bugs and occasional odors.
Service
7.5
Mixed service impressions: several comments note friendly/very amable staff, but there are notable service failures (reservation given away, slow resolution, deposit/credit-card handling) that lower the score slightly.
Location
10
Very positive: numerous mentions of excellent location, well placed, close/connected to everything and convenient highway access.
Room Quality
7
Mixed room quality: positives include comfortable beds, microwave/frigobar in some rooms; negatives include missing refrigerators, damaged tiles, noise/light issues in suite 200, and occasional smells or mold.
Amenities
7.5
Moderately positive: guests mention pools, relevant posted info, microwaves/frigobars; negatives include inconsistent WiFi signal, broken hair dryer/phone in one report, and AC/ventilation issues in a few rooms.
Value for Money
9.5
Strong positive sentiment on price: multiple reviewers say 'para el precio esta muy bien', 'very excellent and worth the money', and 'excelente en calidad y precio'.
Food and Beverage
4.4
Notable negative feedback: repeated complaints that the offered 'breakfast' is inadequate (juice/coffee/pre-packaged items), lack of bread/jam/eggs/proteins, poor coffee, and reports of expired yogurt.
Overall Experience
8.5
Generally positive overall: most guests cite cleanliness, location and value as strengths, with recurring issues (breakfast quality, occasional smells, WiFi and a few service/room problems) tempering the experience.

Affordable and good, except for breakfast
Pros:

great and bg clean room,

Cons:

If I get 7 (SEVEN!!) emails on the day of arrival about amenities, check-in, and other things, that’s simply spamming me. Another issue is the so-called “breakfast”: Juice, coffee, and sweet, pre-packaged pancakes are NOT breakfast, and not everyone likes waffles with maple syrup. No bread, no jam… I’m not expecting bacon and scrambled eggs, but please either remove the breakfast option or expand it, for me, that was NOT breakfast. Oh, and there were also 5 yogurts, 2 of which were past their expiration date.
