Pros:

It was comfortable and a great location.

Cons:

On arrival we were asked to pay $275 deposit to be returned on departure. That was not a problem. However when I checked my bank account later I saw that I had been charged €1500. This was a shock. When I went back to reception I was told that was owed on my account. I had already paid Booking. Com for the hotel. Eventually it was agreed that a mistake had been made and it would be corrected. It took two days before the money was returned to my account. This was very upsetting and caused me to lose the first nights sleep which was not ideal after a very long journey from Ireland.

We were given the card for our room at the check in. We open the room, and it was already used by someone else.
We complained at the front desk, they offered us what they called an upgrade room in a building cross the street from the hotel, and the room conditions was poor. Dirty, water was leaking from the sink.
At the check out we complained they offered us a refund of one night charge as complimentary for what had happened, but we never received the refund even after calling and requesting the promised one night refund.

Pros:

Very vintage vibes, very clean, everyone is super helpful & polite. Loved the ladies up front, and the car garage attendants are very polite n helpful!

Cons:

Parking! Wish there was more.

L'hôtel est très bien placé, au calme et personne à la réception très accueillant ainsi que le voiturier.

Cons:

Il y'a a un balcon mais dommage pas de chaise pour en profiter, pas de frigo, il y'a bien un coffre mais il n'y à pas la clé . La chasse d'eau des WC ne fonctionne pas correctement. À partir du 3ème jour, la chambre n'a plus été faite.
