Decent stay and would not recommend.
Pros:

I liked the location and option for paid valet service.

Cons:

The entire hotel including room was hot, AC not functioning properly. Hotel is very old and carpet in our room smelled old and like mildew.

Great location great amenities
Pros:

Staff were great an amazing location close to everything, really nice comfortable hotel and had a good pool and free coffee in the mornings we also got a welcome drink upon arrival from the attached bar and they did a cheap good breakfast

Cons:

Room at times was a bit hot and air conditioning struggled a bit

Great location, terrible maintenance.
Pros:

This hotel has a great location, but is in serious need of better maintenance by the ownership. The staff was overall friendly and knowledgeable. But, on arrival check-in was slow due to confusion about 3rd-party reservations (i.e., through hotels.com). The front desk person couldn't figure out where our reservation was in their system and eventually shoved us in a room that I think was supposed to be closed. We had several interruptions after that as no one seemed alerted that the rooms were occupied.

In addition to that, there were several visible upkeep issues including highly unmaintained / moldy-looking carpets, a pool that was green and closed for the duration of our stay, and plumbing issues that led to plaster falling into our shower.

I like the location, I like the vibe, I like the people working here. But the ownership needs to budget more on maintenance and upkeep of this hotel or it is going to completely fall apart soon.

Limpieza de la habitación, excelente ubicación en el barrio francés y grata atención del personal de servicios.

Cons:

Se agradece la disponibilidad de servicio de café en la habitación y agua para hidratación, también lo disponían en el hall. Sin embrago, pudiera considerar la entrega de desayuno dentro del valor. Entornos de patio y piscina, pudieran ser lugares que inviten a ser utilizados; ya que se vieron muy descuidados.

Pros:

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself was a bit of a mess. When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation so they put us in rooms that were different from what we had reserved. All the ice machines were broken as was our room’s safe, surfaces and rugs needed a good power wash, and the pool was closed. By the end of our 6 day stay plastered in the shower celling had started falling down. Overall the hotel felt more decrepit than haunted.

Disappointed stay
Pros:

The property has not been managed properly and the room we stayed in was very dirty. The pool was not cleaned so it was shut down and there were roaches in the room. It was also clear from the bathroom that they didn’t clean the room. Although in a great location, would not recommend. It’s better to walk a little bit more for piece of mind.

Pros:

Location was u surpassable. Right in the centre of French Quarter. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were good. Bedlinen was white & crisp. Towels were white & thick & fluffy. Staff were lovely. Pool was fabulous, small but perfect. Good value for money

Cons:

Carpets were grubby looking & decor was dull. But this didn’t detract from my experience

Online reservations could not be confirmed but the payment was already processed. I’m waiting for the refund, but I’ve not received any after a month. I wrote to the hotel and the booking.com but no answer at all.
