Fantastic location and historic charm...
Pros:

The room had quiet and adjustable air conditioning. Bed was very comfortable, bed linen pristine and sn abundance of towels. Loved the coffee brew bags and coffee maker in room and mini fridge.
Reception staff were outstanding and the location was fantastic!

Cons:

Better coffee at breakfast a.bit less air conditioning in bar/breakfast room.

Overall great, but room location matters!
Pros:

Close to Bourbon Street, but far enough away to not be too loud. The pool area was small, but nice to use. The little bar was nice for a poolside drink. The room was basic, but clean. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows.

Cons:

If you have a room that faces the parking lot they have the dumpster emptied at like 3am and it woke us up all three nights. Also, the breakfast they let you buy is $15/person and not good. walk a block or two for way better food options

Great location great amenities
Pros:

Staff were great an amazing location close to everything, really nice comfortable hotel and had a good pool and free coffee in the mornings we also got a welcome drink upon arrival from the attached bar and they did a cheap good breakfast

Cons:

Room at times was a bit hot and air conditioning struggled a bit

Decent stay and would not recommend.
Pros:

I liked the location and option for paid valet service.

Cons:

The entire hotel including room was hot, AC not functioning properly. Hotel is very old and carpet in our room smelled old and like mildew.
