Pros:

très bon emplacement proche des commerces et de l'université. Chambres spacieuses et fonctionnelles.

Cons:

Cons:

The room was clean, but we paid extra for a pet. Upon leaving the hotel our dog was infested with fleas(which has never before been a problem), so the pet area must have been where our pet got them.

Dumpy hotel that smells terrible with awful service
Pros:

I didn't like anything about it.

Cons:

This place is an absolute dump that needs major renovations. It looks old. It smells dirty, musty, smoke. The free breakfast consisted of raisin Bran available and a dispenser, three bagels, and make your own waffles. Not worth advertising free breakfast.

The worst part was the staff. They didn't have a reservation when we came in and acted as if it was our fault that we booked through booking.com. they also didn't ask for a deposit when we checked in... But found it necessary to wake us up early in the morning after getting in late to tell us we needed to come to the office to pay our deposit.

Normally you might be able to justify a dumpy hotel that was old and run down with terrible service if the fee was super low... But it wasn't. It almost feels as if they're paying somebody to write reviews to prop up their rating because none of the good reviews make any sense.

Ultimately, I think this place should be shut down permanently and would not recommend it to anyone.

Cons:

Lobby had what smelled like stale cigarette smell. Very strong. Unit did not have hot water in shower. Very warm was best it got. 3 adults staying but only 2 bath towels left in room to use.

Pros:

It was fine, nothing stood out as spectacular. Doesn't seem we got bed bugs and nothing was stolen from our room or anything crazy like that, so it wasn't like a slum hotel or anything, but it barely meets average.

Cons:

The shower head was under my chin so even a basic daily function was rendered unnecessarily difficult. The tub it self was incredibly old and the surface worn and stained. Parts of the room clearly haven't been deep cleaned in a long time - likely just the routine flip housekeeping is occurring.

Meets minimum standards but uncomfortable.
Pros:

The property was at a minimum clean enough and seemed safe enough. For the price it was okay.

Cons:

Our room smelled like weed which was unpleasant. The mattress was a bit stiff and springy. The towels had hair stuck to them (it is likely they were washed but came out of the wash with someone’s hair on them).

There was a group of people hanging out in the parking lot at 1:00 AM which is usually something to make you feel uneasy, but there was on-site security so that helped with feeling safe.

It has washer and dryer that I used twice. That s effective. Thank you.
