Pros:

Il personale molto gentile ed accogliente. La struttura sufficiente. Niente di eccezionale.

Cons:

Stanza piccola, bagno piccolo. Cuscino scomodissimo, porta d’ingresso troppo sollevata da terra che permetteva il passaggio di troppi spifferi d’aria. Nel bagno cattivo odore di fogna. Colazione con buoni prodotti di qualità ma povera nella varietà. Sala colazione piccola per la quantità di gente che ospita la struttura.

Très bon séjour avec un personnel fabuleux
Pros:

Franchement, le personnel était formidable, très coopératif avec un service professionnel tant au niveau de la restauration que de la gestion des réclamations et des besoins. Merci Can et toute l'équipe pour la bonne expérience.

Cons:

Il n y a rien à réclamer vraiment seulement un peu d'organisation dans les étages lors des opérations de nettoyages est fortement recommandé.

Pros:

We are very satisfied with the hotel — everything was exactly as we expected. The location is also perfect, as it is just a few minutes away from the main Yenikapı metro station, which made it very easy for us to travel in any direction.

What I would especially like to highlight is the kindness of the staff and their willingness to help. I would particularly like to praise the receptionist named Ekber — he was extremely kind and friendly.

The hotel is one of the reasons why, after a full day of walking and exploring Istanbul, we still felt a bit like we were at home.

Highly recommended.

Proprietate apropiată de Marele Bazar! Are loc de parcare, această facilitate fiind un punct forte!

Cons:

S-ar putea mai multă atenție la curățenie. În trei zile nu s-a intrat deloc în cameră!

Cons:

Curățenia lasă foarte mult de dorit. Mic dejun foarte puțin variat și cantitativ. Dacă nu coborai la prima oră, nu mai găseai mare lucru spre final.

Chyba jednak tutaj nie wrócę.
Pros:

Lokalizacja blisko centrum.

Cons:

W nocy było zimno. Spaliśmy w ubraniach. Poprosiłam personel o kołdrę, bo do spania dostaliśmy same poszewki (prześcieradła), jednak mojej prośby nie uwzględniono. Powiedziano że mamy klimatyzację, która może nas ogrzać, jednak nie działała efektywnie. Stąd minus za pobyt.
