Pros:

Facility was in really good shape, the rooms were clean, staff was very helpful, it felt like i was in a family gathering they cared for us. Breakfast was fresh and had lots of options. The last but not least the view from my room was priceless. I am really excited for my next trip to istenbul.

Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas diversifié . Deux semaines à manger la même chose tout les matins ce n’était pas plaisant.

This hotel is an absolute Joke.it shouldn’t even be a 1 star hotel
Pros:

The only good thing is location is close to shopping. Even at that the shops only sell whole sale so it doesn’t make sense to a tourist anyway.

Cons:

I am sure that this hotel buys reviews because our experience at this hotel was short of a 1 star.
I don’t know where all those 5stars are coming from. There is absolutely no way anyone had a 5star experience here. The people running this hotel are young and so I am sure if they aren’t paying for reviews they are getting their friends to put fake reviews on google.

All the pictures you see on the reviews are old! Probably from when the hotel was renovated many years ago.

After a WONDERFUL stay in Morocco, We got to Avrasya Port Hotel and realized that the double room with sea view we booked was a tiny little box and you would have to squint to even see the boats on the sea and you definitely couldn’t see the sea. There was no space for our boxes. We were shocked and quickly upgraded to the largest and most expensive room they had. King suite with sea view.

The room was so dirty we couldn’t walk with bare feet . Don’t let me get started on the slippers provided by the hotel. An absolute joke.
The room hasn’t been dusted for what seemed like ages. The bathroom was an absolute disaster the toilet wasn’t cleaned the floor had stains from the last guest. The sink was filthy I had to wash it myself before use.

The king size bed was broken my partner and I had to sleep on half of the bed because it was so lopsided I was sliding off it. There were no duvets or blankets. The bedsheet had big giant holes in them. The pillows were stained. The Center rug extremely dirty.

The elevator stopped working for an entire day and we had to use the stairs to the 9th floor every time we needed to go out or come back in. They fixed it only after many hours.

The breakfast was terrible!!!! If you are an international guest, there is not a lot of options. Except you like cheese and olives then you will have food to your heart’s content.

On our last day here the water was shut off.
They said it was a general issue which makes no sense to me.

Mekan her şeye yakın. Otel orta seviyedeydi ve her şey iyiydi.
Özellikle Yunus’a teşekkür etmek istiyorum; kendisi tüm ekip içindeki en iyi çalışan ve en iyi insan. Her açıdan harika bir insan ve seçtiği her alanda hayatında mutluluk ve huzur diliyorum.
Şüphesiz güzel bir deneyimdi.
Müdür de oldukça nazik ve mütevazıydı.
Personel ise çok yardımcı ve ilgiliydi.

Cons:

Kesinlikle hoşuma gitmeyen ve kabul edilemez olan konu, odaların temizliğiydi. 8 gün boyunca konakladım ve defalarca talep etmeme rağmen oda sadece bir kez temizlendi. Hatta temizlik için doğrudan istememe rağmen sonrasında hiçbir temizlik yapılmadı. Bu durum bir otel için kesinlikle normal değildir.
Ayrıca odaların ciddi şekilde bakıma ve yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Birçok eşya bozuktu, duvarlar ve mobilyalar yıpranmış durumdaydı.
Buna rağmen Yunus’a tekrar özellikle teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Kendisi bana yardımcı oldu, temizlik yaptı ve havlu gibi ihtiyaç duyduğum her şeyi sağladı. Gerçekten çok iyi, saygılı ve işini severek yapan bir çalışan. Tüm misafirlere büyük bir nezaket ve saygıyla yaklaşan biri. Kendisine başarılar diliyorum.

Super séjour
Pros:

L’hôtel est propre avec un personnel sympathique. Merci à Hiscyin qui était toujours présent pour moi.
Un hôtel proche des transports en communs : Métro 2, Tram 1, Bus, …
Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais répétitif.
Il y a plein de commerces à côté notamment BIM.
Merci à toute l’équipe.

good hotel for a short stay
Pros:

very well located hotel. close to many stores and metro/ train stations. personal was very kind and friendly always willing to help. breakfast was good and fresh.

Cons:

one day they didn’t clean the room even though we have put the sign at the door. the gel body wash and shampoo that the hotel offers don’t work. it feels cheap. some sheets and towels have stains and not in very good condition.

Pros:

I am annoyed that there was no option to pre-pay the booking and we had to pay at the hotel. Then at the hotel, the price they charged us was higher than what we would have paid on booking. The price was reduced by some percent, but we were charged full price.

Cons:

The small rooms and the ventilation in them is terrible. TV remote had no batteries and couldn't turn it off.
