Moyen pas trop agreable coté propretee de la chambre et service de nettoyage
Pros:

L emplacement, le petit dejeuner , l equipement de la chambre, le personnel de la reception gentil et acceuillant , le wifi

Cons:

Le service de nettoyage est vraiment catastrophique notre chambre a etait nettoyer seulement deux fois pendant tt le sejours de 9 nuit la femme de menage est tres mechante a refuser de netteyer la chambre meme apres lui avoir signaler en criant sur nous , j ai jamais eu affaire a un tel service de toutes mes experience c etait vraiment tres desagreable , meme la dame qui prepare le petit dej etait desagreable ne souriait jamais et ne rendait pas le bonjour du matin , a part les receptioniste j ai detester le service et je ne reviendrais malheureusement pas

Pros:

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Avrasya Port Hotel. Hotelul este amplasat într-o locație excelentă, cu acces ușor la mijloacele de transport și la principalele puncte de interes. Camerele și toate spațiile comune au fost foarte curate și bine întreținute. Personalul a fost amabil și atent pe tot parcursul șederii. Recomand cu încredere acest hotel tuturor celor care caută confort, curățenie și o locație convenabilă.

Overall fine for our 4-night stay.
Pros:

Great location, very friendly staff, lots of free tee and water. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The conditions of the rooms were noticably worse than on the pictures. The walls were dirty, the shower wasn’t clean and the towels had spots on them (we were told these were made by the washine machine). The rooms smelt like cigarettes.

The staff were excellent, pleasant and friendly.
Pros:

Okay. Can be improved. Also the location of the breakfast at the bottom of the building could be an issue for some people. I was okay with it though

Overall it was good for value ;
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and very helpful with directions
The ma aged in function help me to upgrade my room from single to double after my second day of stays ; they even help me when I had food poisoning outside the facility with free drinks to recover
They were so kind ;

Cons:

Some days the breakfast were cold but tasty

Pros:

! Recepționerul foarte comunicativ și săritor, m-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie, mai ales cu locul de parcare. Locația e perfectă, aproape de toate obiectivele din Aksaray. Recomand cu drag!
