Hard king bed. Double queen room beds were very comfortable. TV remote not working with the TV they had to swap out a tv, also you’d expect to have a little shampoo bottles/dispensers and NOT a little packet to open with barely enough to wash your hair.

I liked the location and value.

Cons:

There was no soap in the shower, when we arrived the toilet had waste in it and was unflushed, and there was a bug that after researching I believe was booklice.

Pros:

The breakfast was good ,the room were clean. Good location.

Cons:

had issues with the shower curtain the rod was not even curtain would not stay closed. They needed brighter light bulbs

Not impressed and will not be returning.

The location was great.

Cons:

When we entered our room there was a terrible smell, we had to buy febreeze because the smell lingered our entire stay. We also grabbed big blankets to put onto our bed and they had leftover food/residue. One of the beds also had stained up bedding and looked like something had leaked all over the baseboards and not been cleaned. It was dirty, but you get what you pay for.

We were not pleased with this visit. I did not take pictures as I didn't leave a review.
Pros:

The cleaning staff was very nice and friendly. Always greeted us with a smile.

Cons:

The AC unit was very noisy. The floor was dirty and I don't think the carpet was even vacuumed before we arrived. The bathroom door was hard to open and close.
We have stayed there many times and it seems the motel is not kept up as well as it was in times past. I didn't leave a bad review as we hope another stay this will not be the normal for our favorite place in Branson.
