Nothing, checked out within an hour of checking in.
Coat hook was coming out of the wall, a fishing rod was behind the front door not mine, chairs were wobbly not safe to sit in, a light bulb was out in the room. Called front desk asked for maintenance to come down and fix these items and was told to take another light bulb out and try that one to see if it's just a light bulb. I told them I am not maintenance that is their job. Felt the room was unclean and conditions were not safe for myself or my family. Immediately left and checked into another Hotel.
The pool
Bed was uncomfortable and their was dirty towels left in my room from the guest before

Room was as advertised. Bed was comfortable. Location was very convenient. Will stay again if we come back to Branson.
One drawback. They wouldn't let me check in before 3. But when we returned at 3 they had already begun checking in people early.
It was nice and clean, and I love how the building is pink to stand out.
They could’ve had more staff.
It was good, the biscuits need to be cooked longer.
We declined room cleaning to get dressed, the cleaning service was one door down and didn't come back.

Everything, staff, rooms, pool hot tub if you call it that more like a bathtub , never any towels available, ice machines broken. Breakfast was cold and supposed to be hot. Staff came in our room even when asked not to, manager was horrible as well as front desk staff
Location was close to stores. Friendly staff, nice pool, jacuzzi.
Room was advertised as a downstairs room, so we booked it. We had to walk a long parking lot then walk around building to get to room. I wanted a lower room where you can park your car in front of door. We have mobility issues, so it made it extra hard. You could hear the neighbors running in and out of rooms all night. Breakfast was cold and they had no juice or milk available. All of the ICE Machines were broken down so there was no ice available.

Refrigerator was very low on the ground hard to use. Bedding could be better.

The ice machines were broken the whole time we were there. Our room was on the back side of the hotel. Rooms were good I just didn't care for how far back they were & on the 5th floor.
Great price and location!
We have stayed here numerous times, but this time was not the best. I booked a double queen room and got full size beds. The tv didn’t work, the bathroom light wasn’t working properly and the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. We let them know about these things and they didn’t do anything about it. They could have at least replaced the body wash. Thankfully, we had brought some. The pool was cloudy and the hot tub was kinda gross looking.
Property tried to charge my card after I checked out an additional $60. Dirty. Has a sign in lobby “no food in rooms,management” owner is rude and untrustworthy.
