Pros:

Es war ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl auch für laktose- und gluten-intolerante Menschen.
Das Ambiente ist liebevoll gestaltet und die Zimmer sind sauber.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Leider hatte das Zimmer keinen Schrank oder größeres Regal, um die Kleidung unterzubringen. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau 😀

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, vor allem die Dame am Empfang. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet. Die Betten sind gemütlich. Sauna und Schwimmbad waren perfekt nach einem langen Tag.

Cons:

Es sind schon ein paar Meter zum Kongresszentrum oder der Westfalenhalle. Das muss man mit einplanen. Sonst nichts zu bemängeln!

Pros:

Für uns bisher das beste Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in Dortmund. Parken in der Tiefgarage etwas teurer als nebenan auf dem offiziellen sport Parkplatz, dafür aber sicherer.

Zimmer ordentlich. Alles sauber. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption! Besser kann man es nicht machen!

Cons:

In der Hotelbar werden Weingläser ohne Eichstrich ausgegeben. Hinzu kam, das die ausgepreisten 0,2 ltr augenscheinlich nicht eingehalten wurden! Das ist verboten! 👿 Nach Hinweis darauf bekamen wir eine pampige Antwort des Personals. Wiederwillig wurde nachgeschenkt! Das geht gar nicht! Wenn ihnen ihr Beruf nicht gefällt, suchen Sie sich besser einen anderen Job!

Cons:

Leider war jeden Tag für mehrere Stunden 2/3 des Pools für Schwimmkurse abgesperrt. Dann ist es halt weder erholsam noch der größte Pool der Stadt.
