Bugs, not clean

Very dirty and unkempt. They only have small beds on first floor. Could use a remodel. The breakfast shouldn’t be considered a breakfast.

I did not like the brown old towels. Need lot of chemical to make them pleasant white again. Especially when towels are wet. Defiantly brown.

What I didn’t like was Wi-Fi service and the breakfast options were not good. You always start your day with a good breakfast and that makes your day. If you don’t have a good breakfast to start your day that’s a negative.

The freezer in the room refrigerator was 85% frozen solid. My ice packs would not fit in and could not be refrozen for my continuing trip.

The sheets were dirty. The room smelled. We checked into another hotel and did not sleep in the room.

Only one elevator in the not in the back door

Everything was an inconvience from the beginning, the most irritating is the 80$ fee for my service animal for two nights. My dog keeps me from falling into PTSD episodes. The property manager amd his wife were very disrespectful and had an air of arrogance about them. Like bro chill your hotel smells and looks like garbage, I had to clean dried blood up in the room from someone previous, if i knew how to load pictures i would of the few spots i cleaned up, which is completely and utterly disgusting. The halls on all three floors look like they havent been vacuumed in days, the bread for breakfast was stale along with the cereal. The yogurt was expired. The manager tried entering my room twice after thinking noone was in it when my fiance went outside to smoke. He also deactivated my key card early today for some reason like he is very malicious in his intent, and why are you trying to enter my room anyway when you thought noone was in it? We're you trying to steal my things or my dog? I dont understand. I've already contacted better business bureau and health services for them to inspect. This whole experience from the beginning has been garbage and idnlike a refund but doubt ill ever get that for such a poor quality of goods and services. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOUR TRYING TO DEGRADE YOUR OWN QUALITY OF LIFE. Like really youre going to harras me and be malicious over my service dog? And why are you withholding my Driver's lisc from me im pretty sure thats illegal. Ill be filming the room before I leave so im not blamed for any damages or anything, good thing ive been taking pictures and videos from the beginning. The place is already run down, and shot out. Id like to talk with someone from cooperate immediately, I've tried contacting Wyndham and booking.com but noone seems to care, wow what a disgraceful place and narrow minded, arrogant people to run it.

When I booked the room the website showed an indoor pool. That was the whole reason I booked that hotel so I was disappointed that there was no pool available. They should remove that picture it's misguiding
