I made a reservation two months ago for 3 nights in May. For no reason at all, they sent me a cancellation notice now in March. I never cancelled this. I have called this hotel for 2 days at all hours. For me it is poorly run and their procedures are unacceptable. I have no room now. Never again. You call and no one answers. Too cheap to hire someone to answer the phone. Forget it. You will regret it.

Found out day we arrived (we had reservation for six nights) that the hotel was closed!!
I am unable to review any details because of that.

They cancelled my stay because the place needs to be fumigated, and they could only accommodate me for 1 or 2 nights, and now I'm having trouble receiving my money.

Great for the price, the staff was accommodating. I got in late and the guy at the front desk was waiting for me, communicated well. I would recommend

The staff was SO kind and I felt taken care of during my stay. It’s an older property but definitely clean and more than enough for my trip to Newport Beach for a work conference. The amount of amenities available is more than most Wyndham properties. Hot tub is fantastic, pretty decent breakfast, checked in early for no fee. I came without a car and had everything I needed in walking distance. I would stay here again and again! Thank you Travelodge OC Airport!

Front desk was the best part of the hotel.

We arrived late and checked in. It was a full night for them. First off, the smell. It was a moldy/musty smell. We figured it was near the ocean so things were damp and was supposed to smell like that. We were tired so we went to bed. We were constantly itching throughout the night. I was just hoping it wasn’t bed bugs. The bed was slanted. One side it slanted down and kept having to adjust myself so I didn’t fall off. We got very little sleep with everything that happened. We woke up feeling sick and stuffy. We wanted to shower to get the itching to stop, but had little black bugs in the shower. Towels were all stained. Sheets were stained. We looked at our arms and body and found little red dots all over. Definitely bed bugs. That’s when we decided we needed to get out of there.

I went to the front desk and told them of the issue. They were very nice and understanding about it and offered to be upgraded to one of their remodeled room, but we were done and needed to get out of there. They canceled the remaining portion of the trip, refunded the money on the remainder portion of the stay. I glimpsed at breakfast before leaving. It looked okay. Lots of starches, breads, cereals, pancakes, and flat round sausages.

I cancelled and Expidia keep my payment.

I got stranded out there cause my car broke down and I tried extending today like I had been for the past two weeks, and when I try to pay they tell me the building is being shut down and that EVERYONE was being evicted due to fumigation. Mind you, no note, no warning in advance. I realized not everyone was being evicted like the guy said. They take cash payments but not cash deposit. Hope they atleast return my 100 dollar deposit.

It's not like the pictures, I heard tweakers or just drugged up people outside late at night. They have RV campers parked around it like it's a homeless facility and weed is smoked on campus as if it's ok. So it's definitely not your go to place if you're looking for quality, more just for price like a motel.

This was an awful stay and I should be asking for at least a partial refund. The images of the rooms were beautiful, the lobby and front of the hotel are beautiful, then we drive around back to our room and the building is old and ghetto looking. Our room was awful, filthy, badly stained carpets(I couldn't go barefoot), old garage sale furniture, a small wooden desk chair. Old tub, dirty floorboards with black goo. Dirty doors and walls in bathroom. No wall pictures like their ad showed, just walls with holes in them where pics used to be. Bad lighting. One bath towel was provided for both me And my husband, and one hand towel. The tv remote was missing the battery cover and worked occasionally. It was a sad weekend for sure. However... front desk staff were wonderfully nice! And water pressure was good lol. This app is not letting me upload photos.

Poor condition in & outside. Front desk staff was great. Gym essentially nonfunctional. Other guests made the breakfast area unusable unless you were in there first thing.

Horrible. So dirty, outlets did not work and wallpaper was torn. Would NOT go back.

Great place to stay

This is a cost effective, and close to the airport, place to rest your head with a hot shower. I booked this with location with that in mind and it all went well. The beds are firm for my liking but you may like them. Breakfast is very basic but its food and again I did t book this hotel for the food.

I stayed here for a quick rest after few long days at work. The checking agent was really profesional and kind, the room however was far from adequate. I was so tired that I just fall sleep. Tv didn’t work, pain was falling off in the restroom, there’s no shower head. I had to take a shower directly from the pipe. Room looks old and dirty.
