Sadly Racism & Discrimination seems 2 b the status quo here..Dont waste ur time or money!

Absolutely Nothing !

Cons:

Everything..Especially didnt like the racist staff.The Manager Bonnie & receptionist Aurther were the two that Im specifically talking about..They definitely dediscriminated against us because we're people of color as well for being disabled w/ service animals.

Over all it was good the staff was very nice and accommodating

I was really disappointed with the breakfast experience. It did not meet expectations at all. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs, the sausage was dry and appeared old, and the coffee tasted dark and stale — especially surprising considering it was only around 8:00 AM. The oatmeal was also very watery.

Breakfast is an important part of a hotel stay, and this experience felt flat borrimg and low quality. Please take into consideration that real people are consuming this food. Freshness and care truly matter. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the quality moving forward.

This place should not be in business.
Pros:

I did not like anything about the property

Cons:

The room had a strong mold smell, and I became sick after staying in it. Because of this, I had to end my stay early. The hotel felt almost abandoned — it seemed like my family was the only guests there.

I was also uncomfortable with the behavior of the security guard. He parked his car directly in front of my room and appeared to be taking pictures of me, which made us feel harassed and unsafe.

I requested a room change due to concerns for my children. However, the new room we were transferred to also had a noticeable mold odor.

At around 2:00 AM, there was a homeless man on the stairs near our room, which added to the feeling of insecurity.

Overall, this was a very concerning experience, and I do not believe the hotel is maintaining safe or acceptable conditions for guests.
