The happy hour was very chaotic, they were out of most of the food for an extended period of time without refilling, their drink machine was down and the bar line stretched almost to the front door because they only had one very nice lady making drinks. I know they were trying, but there is room for improvement.

Nice comfortable hotel in nice area
Pros:

Nice hotel in a nice area. Room is set up well with a 1 cup coffee machine, a microwave and a small fridge. Beds are comfortable enough and the pillows are very comfortable.
Shower has a rainfall head and the pressure and temp are good.
Across the street is a nice shopping/dining area.
Breakfast and dinner options are good, but it can get busy in that area.
There is a gym, pool and hot tub and small laundry room.
Behind the building is a very well lit parking lot with plenty of space.

Cons:
Only one of the two elevators was working so that is very slow..
The other con is that we couldn’t get our room to cool below 73 degrees even though I had the thermostat set much lower.

Best experience EVER! The staff is superior!!! Every staff member provides top-notch customer service!! The entire hotel is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Would highly recommend!! A++++

Older bathrooms
Pros:

Older bathroom, shower did not work, I reported the issue and maintenance worked on it, but still did not end up working properly with very little water, pressure supporting shower, very displeased!! asked for a follow up, which I did not receive!!
