The room we reserved was ground floor the end of February 2025. Shower had not been cleaned or completely serviced it as empty shampoo bottles lay around the edge, shower head was broken, low water pressure, bedspread had dirt on it like somebody changed the overhead light bulb, there were blue stains on bedspread like somebody spilled a drink on it, the hollow bathroom door was caved in and was covered with clear packing tape, room entry door had a half inch gap at the bottom so we rolled up the disgusting bedspread to abate cold drafts. Couch had stains and cigarette burns on it. We will avoid Days Inns from now on.

Breakfast didn't even open until almost 9.

Well i will say that im highly upset cause of the room stay and my deposit not being returned to me $ 100.00 and my room not having toilet paper an the broken ass no heater.... cold ass room than the room not being safe at all the door lock didnt work at all to keep secure u didnt need anything to open it i want my money back and i want my deposit back asap somebody needs to handle this situation asap or ill report to higher up

Im still waiting for my refund even though i paid to get refund and protection from expedia very bad expenses from expedia last time i will use this app

Do not stay here. This is a disgusting property. There was never anyone in the front for assistance. Breakfast only had 3 packets of oatmeal and coffee. The juice in the container had something green floating at the top of it it. The room was disgusting. Worst time getting my deposit back.

Let me start by saying I was desperate for an affordable room to get us off the road and out of a snow storm; otherwise I would have left when I first seen the room. The only towels were wet and laying on the bathroom floor (discovered later the toilet leaked). There was no toilet paper at all, they told us we had to go to the office to get both. Be sure to bring all your needed bathing supplies because they don't provide any. There's an ironing board but no iron, no hair drier and no clothes hangers on the metal rack. There's a small dirty fridge but no microwave or coffee set. The tv and wall lamps didn't work, they can't be plugged in because the wall outlets are broken and missing pieces. The smoke detector has been riped out of the ceiling and there's no fire sprinkler but plenty of dried wet spots. The sliding door to the pool is locked & barred on the pool side (they charged extra for room access). AND LAST BUT DEFINITELY NOT LEAST: There were cockroaches in the bathroom when I used it around 1am!

THE MOTEL POOL AND JACUZZI DIDNT WORK. ONLY 2 LIGHTS WORKED IN THE WHOLE ROOM, AND THERE WAS NO TOILET PAPER. WAS VERY TRASHY ON THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE. WE GOT A REFUND AND FOUND A BETTER MOTEL!!!

It was pretty decent stay and for the price.things I dislike was that the pool was closed and that was really the reason I booked it was out of order also the other thing was the cable tv had nothing on no shows no movies and there was no wi-fi

This location was a peefect option for me while my equipment was be diagnosed for repair. I really appreciate the property manager for making sure that I had everything that i needed during my stay. Thank you.

Peaceful, quiet, and safe. Location staff are exceptional.

I had a quiet and peaceful stay.

Burn holes on comforter. Toilet not fastened to the floor. Fire alarm ripped out of ceiling. No soaps to wash hands or shower soap. Lack of toilet paper.

The building is already old. Door knob and hinges were broken. We transfer rooms twice. Bedsheets have hair strands etc… not clean enough. Though the price is cheap… costumers must be receiving better services than what we had experience.
