The bad was comfortable.
Must to be replace the AC filters because smell like mold.
Friendly staff, close proximity to restaurants and downtown, quiet and comfortable.
The carpet needs to be cleaned and the ice machine fixed on the third floor.
This hotel is amazing and best places every excellent customer service very clean 👌 nice breakfast 👌 coffee and drinks available 24 horse parking spots available all ways very safe and nice area and perfect location close to the highway 8 and every thing close next many restaurants also big shopping grocery stores and many things that are important for travelers after all i recommends this place to every buddy because I think it's best hotel in Yuma Arizona

When making reservations for hotel, the photos were deceptive. Walking in the door, the hotel clerk was sitting at a card table. The hotel was completely in disaray, dirty and under construction. There were mattresses piled up outside, this location should not be available at all. I wish I would have taken photos, I was in shock.
The location was right off the highway and easy to find
The facilities were under construction so it was a bit dirty. The tub in the room was unsafe and we were told breakfast started at 6 but come to find out the next morning that it doesnt start until 7am on weekends so we ended up having to buy breakfast elsewhere.
Due to updating hotel, the reception area were 2 tables, the gentleman checking us in simply held up a finger and said "I'm on the phone" rather than a smile or? Our room was showing it's age withe bed being very lumpy and uncomfortable. The shower needed caulking, zero outlets in room for recharging phones etc., and a sporadic light flashing thru out the night made for a sleepless night. To top all this , this dog friendly hotel had NO where to walk my service animal. This one is off the list! There was no quality at this quality inn!
