This hotel should be closed down. It is drug infested, prostitutes tried to solicit my husband. They had no towels. The shower was filthy, the floors were dirty, the room had a strong smell of smoke and even the sheets were dirty. They charged me a deposit which I have not received back yet. There was a fight on the balcony above us. The TV did not work and we had no hot water. There was a big concert in town so we could not change hotels. There were no more rooms available. They are not the kind of hotel that I expected to find on this website. I really want a refund.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Joey was particularly helpful with fixing some of our issues and had excellent customer service. The property itself was poorly represented online. The floor was sticky, the room reeked of bleach, there were bugs, everything was just slightly dirty, no comforter. Very overpriced for dirty accommodations.
Looks like absolutely trashy
Horrible
The staff was very curtious, and the place was so clean and smoke-free. I would definitely recommend this to people.
It was horrible
Upon arrival, we were initially excited by the look, feel, and location. It seemed like a great choice for our stay, especially given its proximity to the Royals game we were attending. However, everything quickly took a turn for the worse once we received our keys.
When we entered our first room assigned to us, we were shocked to find clothes lying on the ground and a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was unclear whether the room was still occupied or had not been cleaned yet. We returned to the front desk and were promptly given a different room and an apology.
The second room seemed fine at first glance, given that we were in a rush to leave for the game. However, after our return and a closer inspection, we discovered several issues. While the room was clean, the TV, sink faucet, and bathroom ventilation all were not working. The smoke detector had been taken off the wall and was placed on a table with its battery sitting on top of it.
Given that it was around midnight when we returned to the room, we decided not to go back to the desk for, yet another room change and begrudgingly stayed for the night. In the morning, we reported these issues to the front desk staff during checkout. Unfortunately, their only response was that the problems were "noted," with no further apology or assurance of the issues being addressed.
I hope management addresses these concerns promptly for the sake of future guest.
Expedia is really going down the drain the last 2 experiences have been bad. This hotel didn’t even have breakfast. The area is really bad and unsafe
The toilet didn't flush there was no water pressure for shower and the pool wasn't clean.
The hotel is located in a bad area and there are broken windows outside. We actually just drove by on the day we were to check in and I just felt unsafe. I called the property to cancel and was left on hold for over 15 minutes. So I called the app/agency I book through to handle it for me and they too were unable to contact anyone from the hotel to cancel for me. They're trying to get a refund for me or get half my money back at least because the hotel policies state that if you cancel or no show after the cut off time, you're charged for one night plus fees. Well I paid for multiple nights so I should be getting back some money. It has been 4 days and we still have not heard back from the hotel.
There is a $100 down payment refundable fee that is not mentioned on hotels.com that is required to pay to stay. And they said if they even smelled smoke in the room they would not refund the fee. That's interesting because the entire hotel smelled like smoke. At 6:00 a.m. we started to get wafting of smoke into a room enough that my eyes went into an allergic reaction. The comforters were filthy with stains that look like blood. There was coffee in the room but no coffee pot and when I said where's the coffee pot at the front desk they knew there was no coffee pot there.
Bed bugs, thought walls were just dirty. We popped in changed and headed to venue. Came back late. Woke up started looking at filthy walls. Crowded rooms made hard to cool room. Poor quality beds. Save your money. I will be fumigating my luggage when arriving home.
It was nothing like what was pictured at all. I would not advise staying here at all. Upon arriving immediately noticed it was very run down. It appears they have a lot of permanent residents there. There were people lying on the ground and picnic table. There was trash all the over you had to walk around it. We were approached by several people asking for money. The room smelled terrible of cigarette smoke and there were burn holes in the bedding. It was not a safe place to be. We have also spoke with Clarion Choices customer service to report this.
Na
I would not ever recommend this “hotel” to anyone, especially those traveling with children.
The rooms are crammed and small as well as musty smelling. They also have multiple issues with them such as broken doors, sink faucets, outlets, and lights.
Although the employees at the desk were nice and understanding to the situation, the “hotel” significantly misrepresents itself.
The continental breakfast is not continental and only offers 1 type of cereal during the week, toast, and maybe yogurt. They stated that owner does not allow them to put out fruit, oatmeal or waffles during the week.
The pool was green and not safe for swimming as well.
Needless to say, we canceled our stay shortly after arrival and found someone safe, cleaner, and has what it says it has.
Ghetto!
I don't know i didn't stay there because it was no rooms available
Room was dirty, ac didn’t work, and my door frame wasn’t attached to lock the door.
Made reservations but they had no rooms. Hotels.com still charged me. Drug deals in parking lot right in front of us. Hookers propositioned my son as I went to
Office.
Bathroom door was off hinges and shower did not work all the people your really nice
