Mia Saigon – Luxury Boutique Hotel

The hotel was amazing, and the location was perfect. It is situated close by to my son and daughter-in-law who live in Lumiere, which was perfect.
The breakfast buffet was excellent.
The staff were all happy and eager to assist.
Rokie was very helpful and dealt with all our requests very professionally.

On arriving at the hotel we were made very welcomed, thanks to Rokie who was superb at the check in and through our stay. He was professional and courteous at all time. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and the views from the balcony incredible.
However beware. On checkout we were subjected to unacceptable charges for items we did not order or damaged. We are experienced travellers and have stayed in some wonderful places but have never come across this treatment before. Even being questioned regarding missing slippers which we had used throughout our stay. They then decided to give us the slippers as a good will gesture which was embarrassing and unnecessary. Obviously the checkout team had not checked our bill before and we both felt extremely disappointed with the whole experience. Yesterday we would have wanted to come back and would have highly recommend this hotel. Unfortunately following today's checkout experience we would not recommend this hotel.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Mia Saigon Luxury Boutique Hotel. The room was well appointed and a cool respite from the midday heat. The toiletries felt quite luxurious and had a calming scent, which was a nice touch after long days out.

The swimming pool was awesome, with perfectly comfortable water temperature, surrounded by well‑kempt gardens and sun loungers shaded by palm trees. The breakfast buffet was very good, with free‑flow sparkling wine, a wonderful selection of local dishes, and plenty of Western options. The staff were friendly, helpful and the service felt top‑notch throughout our stay. At check‑in, Rokie immediately made us feel welcome with his jolly, upbeat approach.

We also loved spending time at the rooftop bar, Muse, which served excellent cocktails and tapas, with beautiful sunset views over the Saigon River. Overall, it was a very relaxing oasis in the city and we’d be happy to stay again.

Mia Saigon is absolutely beautiful, and the swimming pool is amazing. It was the perfect place to relax!

Had a wonderful stay in a Grand Suite at the Mia Saigon. This was a very beautiful and well curated room with a lovely bath room and overall the hotel is very beautiful. Breakfast was great, both in variety and location. Some minor recommendations: * more sunbeds at the pool, we had to wait 30 min which is just not acceptable, airco ventilators were right next to our room (bit strange when you are staying in one of the most expensive rooms), dinner was nice (especially the lobster) but staff seemed quite junior & took ages to get our drinks. Overall a very nice experience and highly recommended.

When we first arrived I was initially concerned that it was too far out from District 1 where we had stayed the week prior at Park Hyatt (returning to HCM due to a delay in return flight to London altogether avoid layover in Dubai) - but this was a most unexpected,,absolutely wonderful stay - the service is impeccable, the beautiful room - all have river facing balconies - the breakfast, the rooftop bar, the stunning pool area - it really is fabulous and a welcome haven amidst the hustle and bustle of HCM. They offer a fantastic complimentary boat shuttle to District 1 which operates 3 times a day plus it’s great to see the more cosmopolitan/ex pat residential side of Ho Chi Min too :)
I highly recommend - when we return to HCM I would definitely stay here again.

This was my third stay at Mia Saigon, and I am always completely satisfied and stunned by this hotel! My room was luxurious and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the river and the pool.
Breakfast was exceptional, and the service throughout the hotel was outstanding, especially at Kitchen by the River. A special thanks to Nhu, Anh, and Nhung — they were so kind, friendly, and made my stay extra special by taking photos and chatting with me.
The spa was wonderful, the pool inviting, and I loved the complimentary boat ride to the city center. Mia Saigon is the perfect choice for a luxurious and relaxing stay — I can’t wait to return....

What an amazing hotel!
Most visitors like to stay in District 1 where the action is in terms of sightseeing and shopping…but the Mia is only 20 minutes from the centre of District 1 by their complimentary speedboat shuttle which is a great way to start the day after a breakfast with free flow sparkling wine. It’s a very individual hotel (no cookie cutter rooms here), lovely pool and the food is excellent. The staff are mostly young and treat all guests as VIPs (which many are indeed). Expect a highly personal service. When you find your initials embroidered on your pillows to welcome you, you know that you’re in the right place.
A big shout for Quinn (reception manager) Anna (reception staff, Nhung and Vy in the restaurant and so many other staff who took a personal interest in us and made our stay so memorable.
Don’t look elsewhere, just book, you won’t regret it and like us you’ll be back!

The stay at the hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The shower and toilet are separated, which makes it convenient to use together with roommates. There is also a bathtub, and the hotel even provides sea salt for guests to use.

The breakfast was very rich and offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. During our stay, there were also kimchi soup and chicken curry, which were very delicious.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location

We stayed at the Mia Saigon for three nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It’s a fabulously luxurious hotel, and an oasis of calm in a frantically busy city.
Our standard room was big, and incredibly well-furnished, with top quality bedding, towels, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the air con very effective. The view of the river and the city from the balcony was mesmerising, and the Bluetooth speaker was a useful additional extra.
The breakfasts were terrific, with a huge self-serve buffet, and a menu with additional selections, the food was delicious. We also visited the cocktail bar on the roof, which was well worth a look, just for the great views.
I used the gym whilst there, which was good, and we also took advantage of the free shuttle speedboat from the hotel to Bach Dang Wharf in District 1. This was a great service, and was much better than spending 40 minutes in a cab. The pool was great to come back to, after spending a sweaty morning in the city too.
The staff were friendly and helpful at Mia Saigon, and the service was at all times attentive, yet not overbearing. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this hotel, and would have no hesitation in recommending it, if you were looking for a luxurious place to stay, close to the city, but just far away enough to be a calm and soothing oasis.
