Location a bit far
The hotel itself excellent, rooms are amazing. Hotel facilities are great. The only downside is that the hotel is far from downtown of Saigon. Traffic is always chaotic, you’re spending at least 40-45 minutes to reach the downtown at anytime of the day.

Service was excellent. Amazing attention to detail. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and caring staff. Breakfast was amazing in terms of both selection and quality. Rooms were beautifully appointed and very comfortable.
The spa also deserves a special mention. Awesome salt scrub, excellent massage. We were quite happy to not leave the hotel!
Location is a little remote but we loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Still there were nice restaurants a short 8 min drive from the hotel. And cabs are very easy to come by. (And cheap!)
