To sum it up, I'll definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean! Probably needs a decor update at some point but nothing serious. Staff was LOVELY from the late night check in to the mid day parking valets to the bartender on a busy Friday night.

Cons:

I wish I'd had a few less expensive options but only suites were available.

I enjoyed everything!!
Pros:

I love the hospitality and the Corey the bellman. He is very attentive. I love the whole hotel, it’s spacious. I would love to see the penthouse one visit.

Weekend Stay In Detroit
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely magnificent! I was so surprised at the size of my room! Apartments in New York would be quite envious. Absolutely beautiful decor.

Cons:

The ONLY thing that is dicey is the actual location because of the tremendous amount of construction being done in Downtown Detroit. A lot of streets are blocked off so the GPS got turned around. But it is a hidden gem when you find it!

Pros:

Clean, big room, good location

Cons:

I was more than double charged for my room and told I would get my refund in “a couple days”. This put a big cramp in our plans for the rest of our trip.

Everything was fabulous except the staff
Pros:

Omg the lobby and the rooms were absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The staff were so so so so so so so rude absolutely rude. There was a small young African American lady at night after 11pm who was so incredibly rude. I can not believe she even would work around people services I would immediately fire her from any costumer service job she was absolutely nasty and had no business working there. They had door greeters but they would just look at you and snarl.

The staff at night were so so so so rude. The small young American American girl unbelievable rude I seriously can not believe she would even work there.
