Great location to concerts. Loved the hotel and lobby.
Pros:

Property was nice and very unique.

Cons:

The elevators were slow. We took the stairs but only could get to second floor without finding the staff stairs that led outside to emergency exit. Rooms could use a microwave to go with mini fridge.

Great value with a great location in a fantastic city that is on the way back
Pros:

I always enjoy my stay. The staff across the board is pleasant, helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The rooms are huge. The beds are comfortable excellent linens. The Wi-Fi is strong and free. You can’t beat the location.

Cons:

I don’t have a negative response. I would say breakfast is not their strong point. It was not bad and the staff was wonderful. It’s just not up to the standards of the rest of the property.

Pros:

The hotel itself was nice and clean with options for food and recreation very close by.

Cons:

I had a room next door from me with about 15 people all smoking pot. They woke me up more than once, and I had to call the front desk to help. The "security" came up and could obviously see and smell what was going on, but they did not kick them out or offer us a different room. They continued partying and being ridiculous. I called again, and the front desk sent me to a manager. She was rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what was happening. This was almost 1:00 AM by this time. They finally moved this group out of their room, but nobody stayed to see what they were doing, so they just hung out outside my door drinking and yelling that they were going to "beat my ass". Someone else must have finally called again, and they were moved elsewhere. However, at 3:10 AM there was a person screaming bloody murder, and I was so concerned that I exited my room to make sure someone did not need help. When I brought it up at the front desk in the morning, the person pretended they knew nothing about any incidents the previous night. I did not sleep at all, and they did nothing to get me to even want to return.

We came for a concert and could walk everywhere safely! Check in was smooth and hotel staff was very friendly.

I'll always stay here when visiting Detroit
Pros:

The room was nicely fragranced upon opening the door. The suite was very spacious and clean. The decor was nicely appointed and inviting. Especially loved the ambiant lighting in the bedroom. I utilized the excellent wifi service to work remotely from the desk area, while after ordering room service for lunch. Try the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with fries and a Coke. Thank me later. The food and service 10/10. The bed, oh the bed. Super comfortable, the pillows were too. There were more than enough pillows to allow for a restful night's sleep.


From the time I arrived from check-in to check-out, the staff was always pleasant and greeted you. The bartenders Keefe and Kayla...great cocktails and awesome service. 10/10. I requested a late check out which was honored with no problem. Front desk handled it and check out in a very professional manner. The gentleman during check-out, explained and verified all payments with me in a very efficient and clear manner. I also used the hotel shuttle for a ride to Lumen Detroit for dinner. The driver was nice, the shutle was clean and the drive was safe. It operates within a 5 mile radius. The hotel location 10/10 is close to everything in the downtown area or is easily assessible to in a short distance. And I do mean everything. I took a walking tour of the area and was amazed at how close all the major attractions were so easy to get to. As a solo woman traveler, I also felt safe at all times. Overall just a great team here at this hotel. And I dont write many reviews. This one, I delighted in writing.

Cons:

$40 daily guest parking. Seriously??

Clean spacious rooms, nice and friendly staff, great location!
Pros:

Nice location, easy walk to comerica stadium. Loved being around the corner from greektown.

Cons:

A small convenience/grab and go shop would be an added bonus.

Stayed here before. Close to Coamerica park and Ford field, Greektown. Big Rooms

Cons:

The glass block windows in bathroom shine in the bedroom if someone needs to go in the middle of the night.
