Pros:

There was people in the parking lot, not sure if they were guests. The room was clean. The tv was a bit difficult to navigate to cable. AC was efficient. Shower was hot. Overall relaxing 2 day stay

Pros:

When I came back from dinner, the parking lot was full of people smoking weed. Guests were extremely loud at early hours of the morning (2-3 am). When I went down for breakfast there was trash all throughout the hall way. I informed the front desk and when I left the hotel 90 minutes later the trash was still littering the hall way.

Pros:

The bedspread had a cigarette burn in it, the chair and the room was so torn up and nasty looking. The walls had scratches all over it. We got in late and did not see all of this until this morning. There are no lamps in the room. Then I wake up to a roach near the coffee pot so I could not leave fast enough.

Pros:

The front desk staff was courteous and informative. The room was clean. The location was great, five minutes to where I was going.
I like that the front door is locked during certain hours.

Pros:

Horrible. The peeps next door sounded like they were training for the Olympics the whole time. Then, some chick was screaming, yelling and cussing walking up and down the hall. Reported it twice but it went on for over two hours. Breakfast was meh. Shower was great but the door leaked all over the floor. Lighting stunk. No bedside lamps at all. Stayed two nights and they never came to clean or replace towels. The only vending machine was on the third floor, took my money for a little tiny bag of Cheetos. Went to the desk and they said “sorry”. Just checked my online banking and sure enough I was charged $10.41 So yeah, how would you rate it?

The staff only, l nothing else.

I had several issues which made the stay uncomfortable. The property appears to accommodate long-term stays for unhoused/homeless individuals through a city program; despite them hanging around the outside and parking lot at all hours of the night, they were mostly harmless. The common areas consistently smelled of marijuana. One night I woke up with bites on my neck, arm, and face, lots of them, though I am uncertain if from spiders or bedbugs. This led me to treat my luggage before bringing it into my home with expensive bug bed spray I had to buy from home depot. The gym was closed for construction. The mattress had noticeable sagging and the pillows felt more decorative than supportive. Overall, disappointing is an understatement.
