일단 객실이 넓고 해가 잘 들어서 겨울임에도 따듯했습니다. 대욕장도 매우 넓고 시설도 생각보다 좋아서 매우 만족스러웠고요. 조식 역시 맛있었고 오믈렛을 즉석에서 만들어줘서 참 좋았습니다!

Cons:

아쉬운건 위치 정도? 고베를 가게 되면 고베 산노미야 쪽으로 관광을 많이 갈텐데 그쪽으로 나가려면 지하철을 한번 갈아타야 해서 그 부분은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 다만 호텔이 지하철역 바로 앞에 있어서 크게 불편한 점은 아니었습니다.

テニスコートやジムを使えるのを楽しみにしていましたが、メインテナンス中で5日滞在した全ての日で使えなかったのが残念でした。

Accès au club lounge, piscine et jacuzzi chauffé,beaux onsen.
Petit déjeuner qualitatif.
Chambre agréable.
Personnel souriant.
Accès un salon privé en tant que client club lounge aux onsen.
Bus direct depuis l'hôtel pour Shin kobe station en direct 30 minutes.

Cons:

Au club lounge il n'est pas spécialement dit qu'il faut venir en chaussures.
En plus, circuler dans tout l'hôtel avec les pantoufles extérieurs ne pause aucun soucis comme pour aller à la piscine ou au bain.
Une fois arrivé là-bas, le personnel a paniqué ne savait pas bien parler anglais alors qu'on leur parlait japonais et nous ont mis mal à l'aise devant les autres clients. Tout ça pour une paire de chaussures .
Nous comprenons les règles mais il y l'art et la manière de ne pas mettre mal à l'aise vos clients. C'est à l'hôtesse qui nous a accueilli qui n'a pas fait son travail en ne nous prévenant pas dès le début.
Elle ne s'est même pas vraiment excusé.
Pour un groupe comme Marriott c'est dommage.

De plus, le club lounge mais en avant des boissons toute la journée et en particulier entre 18h et 20h une heure de je cite "cold appetizer". Il s'agissait au final d'une petite assiette avec deux petites tranches de canard. Deux olives, un oignon, un carré de fromage et quelque chose dont je ne sais pas vraiment ce que c'était avec en libre-service des cacahuètes
D'autres hôtels proposent de meilleurs clubs lounge et pour le prix de la nuit et le standing, c'est très décevant.
