Pros:

호텔에 있는 온천이 무엇보다 너무 좋아서 1박 했는데 아침까지 합쳐서 4번정도 들어갔어요. 여러번 들어가도 눈치 안보이고 좋았습니다. 그리고 기념일이라서 미리 요청드렸는데 초콜릿과 축하메세지 남겨주시더라구요. 섬세함에 감사했고, 방도 뷰가 너무 좋아서 황홀했어요.

Cons:

높은층이 필요없고 온천/잠만 주무시는 분들은 스카이라운지는 굳이 안가셔도 될 것 같아요. 주류 라인업과 음식이 너무 별로였습니다.. 라운지 층을 굳이 추가금 내고 할 필요는 없고, 조식은 보통이었습니다. 단 하나 말씀드리자면, 조식 먹을때 한국인을 끝자리에 쭈루룩 나열해두더라구요..그부분이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 무슨말인진 아시죠?^^ 그 외 직원분들은 친절했어요.

Pros:

Absolute gem in Kobe! The Portopia Hotel exceeded all expectations. Spacious rooms, breathtaking harbor views, and some of the best service I’ve experienced in Japan. The shuttle service and Port Liner make getting to Sannomiya a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury stay with a view!

친절한 직원분들이 설명을 잘해줘서 첫 방문임에도 편안하게 쉴수 있었습니다. 대욕장에서 피로를 풀수있었고 수질도 좋았습니다. 고베공항까지 수월하게 갈수있어 더욱 좋았습니다.

Great hotel in Kobe
Pros:

We stayed overnight at the Sheraton Kobe prior to going on to Osaka. We had a spacious room that had a view of the city along with access to the executive lounge. Everyone we encountered offered superb service and the food was excellent. The hotel is connected to the train station which allows easy access for exploring Kobe.

景観よく、スタッフの皆さん笑顔がよかった

Cons:

洗面所でドライヤーを使うよう書いてあり、ドライヤー使いたい息子とヘアアイロンしたい私がかぶり、時間がかかった。部屋に鏡があってもコンセント差し込みがないのがちょっと不自由でした。

コスパの高い休暇用ホテルの印象です
Pros:

アクセスが良く、大浴場など、設備が充実していました。浴場の休憩室には、健康チェックの機器類があり、無料で利用できました。血管の健康年齢を測ってみました。

Cons:

朝食バイキングは混んでいて、入り口で座って待つ人たちが10名程度いました。15分ほど後順番が来て、中に入ると、空いている席がたくさんありました。片付けるスタッフ不足かなと思いました。
