上記以外は快適でした。
Pros:

朝食は大変美味しく頂きました。

Cons:

夕食レストランの閉店時間が早くて、仕事を終えてホテルに帰ってからは食事ができず、コンビニでパンなどを買って食事に変えました。１軒でも良いのですが食事が取れる場所がほしかったです。立地環境が良すぎて外に出ても外食できる場処が見つかりませんでした。

Worst Sheraton ever
Pros:

The onsen is nice, especially the outdoor pool.

Cons:

When we arrived, the third bed we needed, booked and paid for, was not ready and they then proceeded to tell us we need to pay more for it even though we showed them our booking and what we paid. We also booked a non-smoking room, but got a floor and room that distinctly smelled like smoke they tried to clean (16th floor). We ran the air purifier, which makes a sound hoping to at least breathe clean air. Switching on the tv we realized the max volume is 20 and we cannot hear anything. Enquiring about these issues resulted in 'this is hotel policy' and 'there's nothing we can do'. In addition, the AC did not work properly. Even though we reduced it to 18°C, the temperature in the room never dropped below 23°C (I measured it). Definitely not what we expect from a Sheraton hotel. Very disappointed.

Fantastiskt vistelse
Pros:

Fantastiskt läge på Rokko Island utmärkt kommunikation med Rokko liner till Kobe.
Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam, maten på restaurangen var utsökt samt stor utbud på frukostbuffén. Där kocken gjorde utsökt omelett.
Stora och fin rum. Städningen var perfekt.
Dessutom väldigt bra med limousine buss till KIX.

Cons:

Det enda som var sämre var internet som inte var bra under vistelsen.

母の日プランで利用
足が不自由でお部屋のバスルームを利用できない母のために温泉のあるホテルを探してこちらに滞在、母はとても喜んでいました
夕食はホテル内で鉄板焼、朝食はビュッフェでしたがどちらも味もサービスも大満足でした
母の日のプレゼントも頂きました
またぜひリピートしたいと母と話しています

Accommodation was impressive, spacious, very clean and comfortable. Access to train and facilities.

Loved our stay. Our room was wonderful, comfortable and clean. We were offered a fan for our room. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again

On our first night the air-conditioning was not working and the refrigerator was not cold. Our first night was a bit uncomfortable.

チェックイン時の対応の悪さで印象が悪くなり、満足ゆくステイではなかった。
Cons:

チェックイン時に長い列に並ばされ20分待たされた。「そこで止まって下さい、次進んで下さい」等のバカバカしい指示が繰り返され最初から気分を害された。40年以上、世界を旅しているが、ホテルのチェックインにこれほど時間がかかったことはかつてなく最悪の経験でした。

Pros:

호텔에 있는 온천이 무엇보다 너무 좋아서 1박 했는데 아침까지 합쳐서 4번정도 들어갔어요. 여러번 들어가도 눈치 안보이고 좋았습니다. 그리고 기념일이라서 미리 요청드렸는데 초콜릿과 축하메세지 남겨주시더라구요. 섬세함에 감사했고, 방도 뷰가 너무 좋아서 황홀했어요.

Cons:

높은층이 필요없고 온천/잠만 주무시는 분들은 스카이라운지는 굳이 안가셔도 될 것 같아요. 주류 라인업과 음식이 너무 별로였습니다.. 라운지 층을 굳이 추가금 내고 할 필요는 없고, 조식은 보통이었습니다. 단 하나 말씀드리자면, 조식 먹을때 한국인을 끝자리에 쭈루룩 나열해두더라구요..그부분이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 무슨말인진 아시죠?^^ 그 외 직원분들은 친절했어요.
