We especially like the suite, clean, free of bugs. Like the breakfast and dinner. We like the customer service of everyone, including the cleaning staff. Some names are Kamarya, Kaley, Michelle, Cate.

Pros:

The location and size of the room were perfect for my family. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The toilet was clogged. My husband tried unclogging it with a plunger (he had to get from downstairs), but that didn't fix it. With kids it made it tricky. They couldn't move us to a different room (the hotel was full) and we had to go downstairs to use the bathroom.
The breakfast wasn't really what I've experienced at other Drury hotels. No fruit, corn syrup for pancakes.
The bed was also too soft for my husband and I - we sleep on tempurpedic mattress at home, just for comparison).

The room was nice and cozy and staff was very helpful

Cons:

The parents that weren't supervising their children in the pool most were out on patio drinking. And not for sure why air was all the way by the door barely hitting the bed

Pros:

Great hotel for the price ! Was pleasantly surprised to get free dinner and $1 alcoholic beverages. Booking.com was NOT booking.yeah though, as nowhere did they mention there would be an additional refundable $50 incidental fee for the room due at check-in. Pool and spa was AMAZING!!! Room, food, and drinks were AMAZING! Great for a mini-vacation!
