Pros:

Breakfast was great! Several options - something for everyone! And tasty!

Cons:

No one was at the front desk when I entered , and there was already two other gentlemen waiting. It was a bit on the late side, so I'm sure there was only one person working at this time.

Very nice facilities, staff was great and dinner and breakfast were beyond expectations.
Pros:

The suite was very nice. We had no idea they served a complementary dinner. That was a nice bonus. Dinner and breakfast were much better than your usual fare at a complementary breakfast. The staff were super nice and engaging.

Drury Inns are great places to stay - very clean, comfortable - and the light dinner option is great

Very comfortable. When travelling all day, it is nice to have the option to stay at the hotel for an evening light meal and drinks!

Please keep your standards high and cost reasonable; Drury will always be my first option

Was my first time to stay at that Drury. I was a little disappointed with the food. The service was good and everything
Pros:

Good location. Most of the employees were very nice. The establishment was clean.

Cons:

Hot tub was not open. Our room did not get cleaned, we did not leave the flag up.
Why would a company renovate the hotel and not put fans in the bathroom? Not everyone likes a sauna.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Drury Inn & Suites in Paducah! The hotel was wonderful, and we had such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. One of our favorite things was definitely the food! Everything was absolutely delicious, and we loved that the hotel offered such great meals for its guests. It made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. We truly appreciated the hospitality and the welcoming atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing we disliked about this property! Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we have no complaints whatsoever!

Front desk clerks are hit and miss.
Pros:

The rooms are very spacious

Cons:

A night shift auditor made no attempt to roll my existing stay into my new stay. I tried to extend through the hotel at the desk and the lady couldn’t access rates and seemed a little impatient & frustrated to keep trying so I booked 3rd party. I was working 40+ miles away and didn’t want to drive back just to check out and back in but the NS clerk said that I could not do it because of the 3rd party. Well later that morning my daughter went to a different desk clerk and she said it wouldn’t be a problem BUT I had to personally come in with my ID to do the check in. 🫠🙃
